You are going to watch a short video and listen to what they say very carefully.
Your teacher will then read you a few questions and you must try and answer it from what you heard.
Concentrate while you are listening and think before you answer.

- What is found in the room?
- What is on the shelf?
- Who lived in the box?
- What sounds does a ghost make?
- Are you afraid of a ghost?
For the teacher or parent - even though this is a very easy and silly story, it is very important that kids start with listening exercises from a young age. We tend to repeat ourselves so many times, that kids get in the habit of not listening.
It is important that you as a parent tell your kids a story and they must be able to re-tell it in their own words in the right order.
Also find videos with different animal sounds and let them listen to it and identify it.
