He eventually was able to integrate back to society.
Skateboarding is just a tool that managed to connect him back into society.
His decision to change is crucial as a turning point.
As parents and teachers, we should educate our kids and students that we may make certain mistakes but the decision to change can make us a better person regardless of how bad the mistakes were.
We would never be able to turn back time but we can make our present and future time a better one by making the decision to change.
