Continuing with my Elden Ring journey: I have now gone past Stormgate and and heading towards Stormveil Castle. I am feeling strong but there are a few things missing. For example, my weapon is only at +3. Is that it? Can I upgrade it further? Also, I have incantations that I cannot use. Perhaps I should learn how to use it?
After doing some research, it seems that you can only buy the items required to do these things at Roundtable Hold, but it is a location that is only unlocked after doing certain things, then you can teleport / fast travel there whenever you like on your map.
So what do you have to do to get to roundtable hold? You will see me do this in the video. It involves taking on Margit the Fell at the entrance to the Stormveil Castle. This is a very difficult boss as a beginner player - even after summoning some help we still couldn't defeat it.
However, the lucky thing is, even if you don't defeat Margit, you can still get to Roundtable hold after attempting it. That way you can get in there and get the upgrades you want, which will give you a better chance once you come out :)
