Education gives us better knowledge of the world around us and changes the world into a better place! This account was started back in 2016 to support as many educational posts as possible.

We here @educationhive and @steemiteducation want to promote learning and guide others with ideas to earn money on the hive platform.

Learning never needs to be boring and if teachers have a place to go to find fun and exciting ideas it should be right here! It is scary to know that there is so much potential here, but so little support.

We want to ask our community members to change this scenario!

Tell your educator friends about the hive platform and let them open accounts. Very few teachers earn enough money, and if this is a way for them to earn a little bit more then why not? This community can become one of the largest communities on the hive platform but for that to actually happen, we really need the help of the community.

Every day we search high and low for educational articles to upvote and share. We do a few weekly posts to earn some hive to add to our current account.   All the money we earn goes straight back into the community. In the past, we rented HP but that has become too costly so we have to do with what we have and every cent matters.

If you want to support this community please leave a message in the comment section. We will appreciate every donation or delegation.  We previously had more support but when we came over to the hive platform we lost many delegations.

Here is a short list of the rules of this community:

1.  Good quality educational posts.

2.  Posts need to be a minimum of 150 words.

3.  Please verify all links and source all pictures.

What type of posts do we support?

We support ALL educational posts that could be beneficial to YOUNG and OLD!
We support lesson plans to support teachers.
We support funny classroom stories. We all know kids can do and say the darnedest things.  We want to hear about that! (Please DON’T provide the student names)
Fun experiments or projects that kids could do on their own. (SAFE ones of course!)
How-to posts - eg.  How to build something/ how to do projects/study? For kids and adults!
Comprehensions tests, activities, assignments and assessments in  PDF format (printable format) that could be used in a classroom.
Fun stories that can be used as reading material in a classroom.

The best of all is that you don't even have to be a teacher to be part of this community.

Anyone who writes educational posts qualifies to be part of this community.

If you have any ideas to support this community or to make this community better, please feel free to drop some comments in the comment section below.

Homework:

We are all happy that 2020 is nearing its end! As you know the education community is all about giving back. Christmas is getting closer and it has been a hard year for everyone. Christmas is a time of hope, sharing, and love.

How do you motivate your kids or friends to give back to their communities?

We can't wait to read your posts!

Kind regards

@educationhive and @steemiteducation
