Probably more to do with the sanctions, and the push to green. The pipelines were shut down probably for that.

    Yeah. I don't directly think this was a goal. I would be completely unsurprised if they use it as an excuse to further attack crypto. "We can't cool these houses, but you are mining bitcoin!! How dare you!?!?"
