Black Rock controls like 15% of the worlds wealth so when that dipped down just added 20 units and plan on adding more bc they literally are everywhere and there buying neighborhoods of houses to rent out that could be a problem then ppl may be forced to rent from them bc all of the sudden houses are not being sold unless for a crazy profit I could see it lol. Same with cars they may just stop offering them for sale only lease. The economy is turning into a complete rental economy. No one will own anything and rent it all
