It seems like if we have a "free market" the market tends to go towards what actually works best for our situation. It also adjusts to make it cleaner, less expensive, and deal with problems technologically and with innovation.
When it is rammed down our throats by policy, dictate, and governance it doesn't seem to be a good thing.
It is of course sold as a good thing by propaganda, censorship, etc.
I am glad the students did this. I do have hope for Generation Z. Man have they been saddled with a big and growing mess.
