And why wouldn't small businesses be worried about government overreach and this distress of the government is only fueling our desire to reduce regulations upon businesses.

Basically it seems like every avenue of attack to shut down small businesses is being taken with unprecedented coordination Nationwide. Issues from the food and drug administration shouldn't be like this.

For them to suddenly back off these illegal fines it's just crazy. How come where they find even issued in the first place.

And this is a huge amount of liability. And investigation needs to be started into what really happened and who is allowing these kinds of fines to be issued.

There are so many issues going on in Portland right now.

Last thing we need is a distillery to get into trouble for helping.

Main reason why prohibition could not work was alcohol is such an essential part of disinfection cleaning and medicine... The human race would lose your massive amount of biological cleaning agents.

Quite a bit of all of these fines going out really show how short-sighted the government has been and how much over-regulation is proving to be a detriment to our businesses.

Personally there is no pandemic there really isn't the need to destroy our communities and small businesses.

And every time You turn around these people are doing coordinated attacks to disrupt our lives.

Again again again and again we see how much damage that overregulation has. A lot of small-scale businesses absolutely don't want to chance getting caught up and actually having to pay one of these massive fines because that would just destroy their business completely.

Why even have a business?

If it every turn you can have that business find destroyed abused or shut down.

It is quite a shame that we are being forced into these lockdowns and small business owners are losing any chance at a future or financial stability.

and this happens to impact not only the business owner but any potential employees and then the entire society because there is only corporate access to products.

It's really funny how the leading politicians can go to the hair salon but we are not allowed to have haircuts..

Or let's talk about how badly they have destroyed the gym industry.

These exact fines were levied against Jim's when it is proven fact that people who work out and have access to their fitness are much healthier.

And then also the demonification of gym's because you work out and breathe more thereby supposedly spreading more disease when that is not the case.

We live in wild and turbulent times.

When common Sense has completely abandoned most individuals because it's simpler to listen to the propaganda spewing from the talking box.

well so much for the news today I am going to go out have some fun and me and the puppy dog are going to go run down at the river so he can be wild for a bit.

thanks for checking in supporting me and helping us out achieve our financial goals.

Every penny keeps adding up.

The religion of science is the contemporary Christianity. You dare question their dogma and you get fined, outcast and even jailed. Religion continues to have a powerful role in humanity, it’s just got a different name and face.

Yep I totally agree

Really glad to hear that a social media campaign was capable of influencing the FDA. There is such a clear agenda to close down small business. Scary times.

I'm not familiar with your source KATU 2, but it really pulls its punches. The article is entitled "Social Media Backlash After FDA fines WA Distiller For Making Hand Sanitizer". Yet they give no detail on the social media campaign what-so-ever. It would be useful information to have if it was that effective.

Good post. Thanks for the info.

It's our most popular local propaganda outlet. They spew the party news.
