With the second fall of Smederevo, on June 20, 1459, Serbia fell under the rule of the Ottoman Empire, which ruled it completely until the uprising of 1815, and formally until the return of Serbian statehood at the Berlin Congress held from June 13th to July 13th, 1878. At that time, Serbia was completely free of Turkish taxes, among which the blood tax was the most cruel…

The blood tax was actually abduction of male Serbian children at the youngest age, so that they could be trained as warriors ready to die in the service of the Sultan. By restoring statehood, the Serbian people also won freedom for their children. Unfortunately, that freedom lasted for a short time – only until the Second World War and the Nazi program called ‘Lebensborn’, started in 1935 and designed to raise the birth rate of “Aryans”, among others and through the abduction of children from all over Europe, categorized in order to meet the “Aryan criteria”.

It is very interesting how the dirty business of kidnapping and selling children did not end with the war, but vice versa – it was developed in post-war Europe! In the sixties of the twentieth century, in Serbia, under the dictatorship of Josip Broz Tito, scandals about the disappearance of newborn children reappeared. But since then, and under the influence of neoliberal globalization, the situation has dramatically worsened many times over.

Today’s EU has covered up its Nazism with terminology. Now everything is done under the ‘child protection’ slogan, following the horrifying example of the infamous Norwegian program ‘Barnevernet and under the auspices of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. A similar program was abolished in Russia with the first major amendments to the law when Vladimir Putin came to power.

Along with the noble story of ‘child protection’, monstrous legislation has been introduced in Serbia that allows children to be taken away from their parents and handed over to foreign citizens without the right of parents to even know where their child is! No, this is not an exaggeration, the last case that you can hear about only through movements that really fight for the rights of children and parents, is the case of the missing girl Nevena Stefanović, 5.5 years old. She was first abducted from the family due to alleged poverty, and handed over to a foster family, only to be taken from there in an unknown direction without a trace! In addition to all that, a story is inserted into Serbian history textbooks as blood tax during Ottoman rule, was actually an opportunity to advance within the imperial hierarchy! (Serbian language) Shame is too mild a word in this case.

The Movement Living for Serbia initiated an action to search for children and determine the responsibility of the persons who participated in the abductions. A press conference was organized on Friday, at which Dr. Jovana Stojković, President of the Movement Living for Serbia, Vladimir Čičarević, President of the Parents of Missing Babies of Serbia, Milan Malenović, journalist, lawyer and deputy editor of Tabloid Magazine, and Slobodan Ćustić, an actor and the father of six children explained the situation. Among other things, you will hear the horrifying fact that children are practically sold to foreign citizens at a price set at around 30,000 euros!

Другим падом Смедерева, 20. јуна 1459. године, Србија је пала под управу Отоманске империје која је њоме потпуно владала до устанка 1815, а формално све до враћања српске државности на Берлинском конгресу који је одржан од 13. јуна до 13. јула 1878. године. Србија се тад потпуно ослободила турских пореза међу којима је најсуровији био данак у крви…

Данак у крви представљао је одузимање мушке српске деце у најмлађем добу, како би она била обучавана као ратници спремни да погину у служби султана. Враћањем државности српски народ изборио је и слободу за своју децу. Нажалост, та слобода трајала је кратко – само до Другог светског рата и нацистичког програма ‘Лебенсборн’, започетог 1935. и осмишљеног ради подизање стопе рађања “аријеваца”, између осталог и преко отимања деце из целе Европе, категоризоване с циљем задовољавања “аријевских критеријума”.

Врло је занимљиво како прљави посао отимања и продаје деце није ратом завршен, већ обрнуто – у послератној Европи се развио! Шездесетих година двадесетог века, у Србији под диктатуром Јосипа Броза Тита поново јављају афере око нестанка новорођене деце. Али од тог времена, и под утицајем неолибералне глобализације, ситуација се вишеструко и драматично погоршала.

Данашња ЕУ свој нацизам прикрила је терминологијом. Сад се све обавља под паролом ‘заштите деце’ по ужасавајућем узору на озлоглашени норвешки програм ‘Барневернет’ (Barnevernet) и под окриљем Конвенције Уједињених Нација о правима детета. Сличан програм укинут је у Русији првим великим изменама закона кад је Владимир Путин дошао на власт.

Уз племениту причу о ‘заштити деце’, у Србију је уведена чудовишна легислатива која омогућава одузимање деце родитељима и предају страним држављанима без права родитеља чак и да знају где им је дете! Не, ово није никакво претеривање, последњи случај о коме можете чути само преко покрета који се заиста боре за права деце и родитеља, јесте случај нестале девојчице Невенe Стефановић, старе 5,5 година. Она је најпре отета из породице због наводног сиромаштва, и предата хранитељској породици, да би одатле била одведена у непознатом правцу без трага! Уз све то, у српске уџбенике историје убацује се прича како је данак у крви током Отоманске владавине, заправо био прилика за напредовање у оквиру империјалне хијерархије! Срамота је преблага реч.

Покрет „Живим за Србију“ покренуо је акцију за тражење деце и утврђивање одговорности лица која су у отмицама учествовала. У петак организована је конференција за штампу, на којој су ситуацију објашњавали др Јована Стојковић, председник Покрета Живим за Србију, Владимир Чичаревић, председник УГ „Родитељи несталих беба Србије“, Милан Маленовић, новинар, правник и заменик уредника Магазина Таблоид, и Слободан Ћустић, драмски уметник и отац шесторо деце. Између осталог, чућете и ужасавајући податак да се деца практично продају страним држављанима по цени од око 30.000 евра!

Next Saturday, 17.10.2020. at 5pm, in front of the Presidency of Republic of Serbia, a new protest is scheduled against the adoption of the Law on the Rights of the Child and Abuse of Centers for Social Work, and also the Petition for amending this Law and banning the adoption of children by foreign citizens will be signed.

Наредне суботе, 17.10.2020. у 17 часова, испред Председништва РС заказан је нови протест против доношења Закона о правима детета и злоупотреба центара за социјални рад, када ће се и потписивати Петиција за измену овог Закона и забрану усвајања деце од страних држављана.

Petition to amend the Family Law

The Movement Living for Serbia is launching a petition to change the Family Law, which would make it impossible to adopt children for foreign citizens and abduction of them due to poverty. We suggest that the money should be directed to the parents, and not to the foster families, but also that the government find a job for parents as soon as possible.

In the Petition, we demand that the postponement of vaccination and the request for information not be treated as neglect of the child!

You will be able to sign the petition in the premises of the Movement Living for Serbia, st. Ustanička 127b, every working day from 4pm to 7pm, as well as at the protest on October 17th at 5pm in front of the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia.

Петиција за измену Породичног закона

Покрет Живим за Србију покреће петицију за измену Породичног закона, по коме би било онемогућено усвајање деце од иностраних држављана и одузимање због сиромаштва. Предлажемо да се новац усмери на родитеље, а не на хранитеље, али и да родитељима држава у што краћем року пронађе запослење.

У Петицији захтевамо да се одлагање вакцинације и тражење информација не третира као занемаривање детета!
