I wouldn't normaly grab a video to post , so soon after being made by another - but this is too important...
This is that important to understand.
This video explains - succinctly - why leftism (or any ism), will never work.

Here is the briefest of reductions to a 20 odd minute presentation.
Morals are the justification of violence.
Good morals (as opposed to evil ones), are reactive , not proactive.
Because morals are the justification of violence (defending yourself, your property from someone initiating force against you), you have to very strict in what you call 'moral'.
Because morals are the justification of violence - ANY cause using the moral argument (equality for example), is advocating the use of violence to achieve those aims.
This is proactive moralizing.
This is justifying the initiation of force against another.
This is the way the sadist makes violence legitimate. (thus exonerating the sadist from any repercussion).
If you understand the argument laid out here in the video, - and disagree with the basic premise - are you a sadist ?
(unconsciously or otherwise)...Why, yes...yes, you are!

this was the precise thought going around my head at this time - the moral question.
The fact he could clarify the argument so well, is testament to his superior IQ over mine.

Are you saying that all political use morals?...Yes...They require the moral stance, to justify of the violence that they wish to enact.
Like all simple truisms - (morals are the justification for violence) , the manipulators will try to make it complex to fit a sadistic agenda (sadism = pleasure from inflicting pain).
It's not complex.
Limit morals to basic principles = it limits violence.
Use morals as an argument for 'something'(anything)... = It increases the violence.

No.
You cannot have reactive morals, without the threat or enacting of violence.
("try to rape, me, and I'll blow your brains out")
...adhere to the basic principles of _reactive morals, and all social other problems will look after themselves (negotiation, not force).
So, a political party that adheres to reactive moral principles will condone violence - but only self defense, preventing theft, etc).
Any proactive moral principles (that's supported by a political party) has violence hardwired into the methodology of being able to achieve those ambitions.. by definition.
'Ambitions' that can never be achieved - but ones that legitimize the continuation of violence.
It's a 'get out of jail free card' to all those that want violence. (they care not about the 'cause')

If evolution is this, then imho there will be either an intelligence that wipes out of most of our lovely species by either fellow spineless drooling apes yelling their tribe is numba one' or some outside source that is perhaps benevolent uses their good to stop us from going to other planets and trashing them.
If they were not truly benevolent they would have blown this rather hideous species called 'mankind' out ages ago which ties into the whole morality and violence thing.
