Clearly these problems are being created on purpose. Government is the virus, the cancer, the war, slavery, all the evils suffered by mankind can all be laid at the feet of government, and the criminals that have infiltrated it. California could have all the fresh desalinated water it wanted for half the money spent on doing nothing to help the homeless, and Newscum is killing innocent salmon and smelt instead.
