Negative effects of healthy people wearing masks

in Deep Dives4 years ago

Regardless of the statements made by even mainstream medical experts such as the British Medical Journal there is still a strong contingent of people spanning the globe that view this ridiculous notion of wearing a mask as a "minor inconvenience" and that anyone that doesn't wear a mask has a mental disorder even though there are mountains of information about the health detriments of wearing a mask, something that should be common sense seeing as no animal or creature in its right mind would muzzle itself for no reason.

I'm not a super well known figure on Hive (yet) so just a quick background of what I do in real life. I'm a strength and conditioning coach, nutritionist and independent researcher. My Instagram profile is basically just tips about workouts, fitness, health and especially nutrition.

Two days ago, I posted a video of me doing kettlebell swings at my local gym. I was not wearing a mask because I used my rights to obtain a medical exemption, so its quite hilarious to see that I am literally the only person in the facility not wearing a mask...and yes, I get dirty sneers from "Karens" and other masked people. Sometimes I get a look like I am the Antichrist. But that's on them, not on me. Other people's irrational fears of invisible and most likely non-existent viruses is not my problem.

I received two comments on the video. One was an old colleague asking "where is your mask" and the other was another former training buddy commenting on how "I call people that wear masks beta males on facebook but I can't seem to tolerate a think piece of fabric".

Obviously we have a lack of knowledge at large about the health detriments of wearing masks...a notion I find utterly ridiculous for anyone except for trained medical professionals, surgeons, etc.

So it seems clear that the information about these masks should be addressed. Please share this post if you find it useful or if you have someone in your life that needs this information.

Psychological effects

There is no doubt that people feel a sort of shame wearing a mask. I know I do, when I rarely do wear it. Its like a dog muzzle. I just get this feeling that I'm somehow being...silenced. I know part of that is on me, and I can get through with wearing one...but there is no doubt that there is a sort of shaming effect by being told to wear a mask. And there is data to support this. Wearing a mask, obviously, reduces the ability to read facial expressions. This is particularly problematic with infants and young children. We have a lunatic mandate where sometimes children as young as 2 years old should wear a mask (as stated by the CDC).

There is no telling what sort of developmental problems will arise from this insidious behavior. Personally, I would call it child abuse. These children that are masked will no doubt suffer social anxiety disorders as they will grow up simply thinking that they should not talk...and they will obviously have serious problems reading body language which is a crucial skill for an socializing behavior.

According to the history of the Muslin Burqa and other facial coverings, this was a way of staving off male sexual behavior. There is so much talk these days about population control, especially by psychopath Bill Gates, that there definitely could be something to the idea of just making it harder for men and women to mate.

Am I the only person having trouble finding a date during this plandemic? There's just something difficult about flirting with a girl wearing an RN-95 mask over half their face.

Breathing problems

The BMJ states (link in the first paragraph of the article) that anyone with COPD should not wear a mask, period due to breathlessness. Obviously anyone should know that anything covering your mouth will impact breathing in some way. That same article states that a certain amount of CO2 is redirected back into the lungs while wearing a mask. While the amount is relatively small, for those that understand how acidity and alkalinity in the body are very important factors for health this raises red flags. More CO2 inhalation means a more acidic environment in the body. This is the reason why when you are physically exerting you breath harder. Its not just about getting more oxygen...its about removing all of that lactic acid created by working muscles, which is transported via CO2 and exhaled from the body. This CO2 must be removed or else an incredibly acidic environment in the body is created.

The gym I workout at in Denver says explicitly on its website that there are guidelines for working out with a mask on. One of those guidelines is that you will breath harder and heavier with less exertion. How is this a good thing? Its certainly not. It also says that body temperature may rise quicker and the eyes may become dry and there may be lightheadedness.

Interestingly enough, these are the same symptoms on the door of the gym as symptoms of Covid-19. So the mask is causing the exact changes that could be seen as symptoms of the virus...oh the irony. I wonder how many misdiagnoses for Covid have occured because someone wore a mask and it caused all the same symptoms? Insidious.

Immune compromise

Many things affect the ability of our immune systems. Psychological effects as listed above are just one. Breathing in your own stale air and acidifying your body are another.

As I have written about many times concerning exosomes and viruses being created within the body, all of these aspects of wearing masks can have the effect of causing diseased cells, which release exosomal waste (viruses) and so the person becomes ill. As more and more people wear masks for longer periods, and this charade could go on for years at least from the looks of it, more and more people will become ill, not from a virus spreading from person to person, but from internal illness conceived by the wearing of an unnatural mask that acidifies the body, reduces oxygen intake as well as causing bacterial buildup in the mouth known as "mask mouth". Gum disease and dental problems can ensue. Who knows what the long term effects of these masks will be on periodontal health.

Autoimmune diseases have been on the rise for some time now. This is what happens when your body attacks itself. One reason that this happens is that the cellular health is so shoddy that the body is constantly fighting inflammation which is a natural response to disease of any kind. If you cut your arm it becomes slightly red and inflamed. Immune cells come to cleanse the area...and there is collateral damage. Usually this damage is minimal. But imagine this inflammation on a widespread, chronic scale throughout the body. This is how autoimmune conditions develop.

Conclusion

Wearing a mask is a choice and I, as an anarchist support people's rights to wear or not wear one. I certainly am not afraid of catching viruses from people as long as I am healthy. By definition, a healthy person is almost impervious to disease. The goal should be to maximize health naturally. Getting plenty of sunlight, quality sleep, good clean drinking water, healthy food choices and the proper supplementation when necessary. There is no need for a mask for a healthy person, period. You don't need a medical degree to know this.

What's more insidious about the mask situation is the implications of occult rituals and satanism among other things. These masks are more of a symbol of compliance and servitude. The research not only indicates that they do nothing to stop the spread of disease (because disease is internal not spread) but have many detrimental effects such as acidification of the body, reduced CO2 exhalation, increased CO2 inhalation, lower oxygen intake as well as psychological problems from unnaturally covering ones face and breathing pathways.

The choice us up to the individual to find information and determine whether or not they think they require a mask. Me? Not in this lifetime. As someone who has spent over a decade researching and actively practicing holistic health I see no need for such a frankly degrading measure as a dog-muzzle.
