it's not clear if the Democratic party establishment even WANTS to win in November.

I think it's all scripted. Think there are no two parties and they all play to scripts like wrestling and behind closed doors laugh at the public they enslave and polarize against one another.

When they picked Biden, I laughed and told everyone I know the fix was in for Trump second term. They picked possibly one of the worst candidates they could. Then picking Kamala solidifies the losing ticket. While Bernie is a favorite of many, his actions don't match his words often, especially the way he always backs those who the fix is in for on his party. He should have rebelled against them when Clinton/DNC stole his nomination last time and became the potentially devastating third party that would have had a chance.

I was sure if the DNC wanted to beat Trump, they would have given Tulsi Gabbard a shot. She would have pried votes from Trump as well as many independents who are fed up with same ole same ole. The way it is now, the DNC ticket is very anti people, pro for profit prison and sending people for lengthy prison sentences as well as pro war etc.

I laughed when McCain was the nomination against Obama, as he was in many ways more left than Obama. I said the fix was in on that one. Then when many on the right were against Obamacare, they ran the one man who in many ways Obamacare was modeled off of, Romney(care). It's all theatre, and until someone with a large following challenges the two party monopoly we're all screwed.

About as Scary as it gets, huh?
Funny huh?
A "Sure Win" would have been a
Bernie Sanders / Joe Biden
Ticket,
But if "any" country boils down to a 2 party system..
Democracy is already dead...

I don't think my party of 47 years does want to win. They are using the same playbook that lost the last election, and are running on nothing but Trump hate (especially Harris) and empty slogans. I said I wouldn't vote for Biden last week, this week I might even vote for Trump because Kamala Harris is the furthest thing from the type of person I want as POTUS they (who? we know Biden doesn't have any power here) could possibly have chosen. She makes Trump look good. Sad.
