Every day people can be seen updating something on their social media accounts. Parents and children alike are collaborating on something on their respective social media platforms. If you notice there is a scarcity of parents educating their young ones on how to protect nature.
Essentially, nature is a giver of life. We, humans, depend on nature for our food, shelter, and clothing. With that said, it is only fitting to educate our young ones to protect nature so that they will pass it on to generations to come.
Nature as the Giver of Life
When humans first walked the Earth, nature sustained them. When humans developed technological advancement they turned to nature to build their technology.
Nature has all that we need, food, clothing, shelter. But are we giving back to nature? Are we doing what we are supposed to do? I think we are not doing enough.
I think it is time to educate our children to protect nature so that they will pass it to generations to come.
Teach Our Children Not to Pollute Bodies of Water
Studies suggest that humans can live with only water for a maximum of 2 months which means water is essential for human living. Let's teach our young ones not to throw their garbage on bodies of water. Let's teach our children to properly put their garbage on designated storage.
Teach Our Children to Recycle
When we look at our surroundings, especially inside our home, there are a lot of things that can be recycled. Bottles of mineral water can be used as plant pots. Vegetable leftovers can be used as natural fertilizers. Used clothes can be converted as aprons, mats, or hand towels, and a lot more.
Recycling can reduce our dependence on nature. Recycling can give nature to heal or grow what was lost (like trees that are being used to produce papers).
Of course, we must know how to preserve nature. We forgot that all the things we have now because of nature. It should be well protected and be managed.

Terrific post, it's so important to teach our children to love and respect mother earth. There's only so much abuse this world can take until it shakes off humankind and starts anew. Way too many people take for granted all the gifts nature and this earth provides for us.
Teach your children well and maybe the next generation will carry us over the finish line to a better, cleaner and prosperous world.

It may be hard to teach our young ones but it is better to teach them now than don't teach them at all.
