Whats Up!

What's Up Hivers! Its been another abundant week for many of you who have posted to the ecoTrain community, with many posts receiving $10-35 up-votes from our supporters.. and especially with the support of OCD and their community support initiative. If you didn't know, OCD are now partnering with several communities on Hive to help to decentralise our communities and reward posts in niche communities that don't have many up-votes or support. This is a very special initiative and shows how Hive and the decentralised model is so very different to centralised capitalism. A normal capitalist attitude would consider having one popular community, and holding a huge amount of VP to be a great success.. but on Hive it is not what we want, and it is VERY good to see our witnesses such as @acidyo doing what they can to keep things decentralised. Click here for more info.

So to all of you who are either new to Hive, or post good content that is rarely noticed or rewarded.. now is a GREAT time to post to the ecoTrain community and start getting the kind of rewards your posts deserve.

This week I would like to share a few posts that have received our combined support, and touch on some of the subjects that ecoTrain support. These topics include:

"Sustainability, ecoVillages, Community, Self-sufficiency, Off-grid Living, Homesteading, Permaculture, Alternative Energy, Alternative Lifestyle, Natural Health, Cooking, Eco-Building, Earthships, Recycling, Esoteric, Inner Transformation, Spiritual, Nature"

It's so good to see so many posts that normally receive relatively few up-votes get rewarded so well.. I'm very happy and honoured to be able to direct some of the Hive abundance to you all! We live in VERY special times, and the topics that we support are more important to share than ever. No one knows what the next year or two will bring to the world, and right now is our chance to steer things in a new and much more healthy direction. This all starts with awareness, and sharing our knowledge and experiences.. so I hope you check out some of these posts and drop a comment if you like them.

💖 Introducing and welcoming a Very special integrative doctor to Hive and 3Speak! Please meet Dr Aruna Viswanathan

I would like to give a huge and special welcome to Dr Aruna! Dr Aruna is not your average doctor. Although Aruna is a surgeon and trained and very experienced in modern allopathic medicine, today Dr Aruna specialises in integrative medicine and healing of disease. In these very challenging times of misinformation and confusion around Corona, Dr Aruna has dedicated herself to sharing what she considers the right approach to health and healing. She is focussing on COVID19 and offers many ways to stay healthy and to combat this virus using various approaches including modern as well as traditional knowledge from ayurvedic and other alternative healing modalities. I have known Dr Aruna for many years, and i can say that she is a Very special lady indeed. Dr Aruna is gifted with a very special heart and soul, and is one of those angels who is here doing her work and dedicating her life to service. Dr Aruna gives private consultations to many world leaders who flock to her in private to get her advice. I think we are very lucky to have her with us, and i look forward to seeing more of her videos as she continues to post.

11 More Items Saved From Curb Recycling Recently Sold For $1,219 (100% Free Money)

More gold found, this time a large 750 (18K) flower earring that was literally sitting on the curb after a homeless person seemingly missed it when digging in trash bags for whatever they felt was more valuable. I'm stockpiling some nice jewelry and dental gold for a post down the line.

I post about what I've done to help others or the environment. Facts. No fluff.

Per usual, all of these items below were found by walking around my city neighborhood's curbs on recycling nights (usually 3x a week for 90 mins per route), where they're sitting in clear plastic bags, loose on top of them, or sometimes in cardboard boxes.

I see the value everyone else misses or doesn't care about, and I consistently do something about. It's never work. It's all fun, like a treasure hunt.

Happiness can be captured in a photo, take a look and see.

We got mango and dragonfruit smoothies at Green Revolution

You will find @flowerbaby and I acting out in public together.

I found big red doors as soon as we got to the mall, just like I was hoping for; to match my outfit of course. Sadly they didn't let me in whenever I knocked on the door. No worries, there was nothing in that store for me anyways, I only used them as a cool backdrop for my photos.

@flowerbaby posed in front of the greenest area outside near our parking space. The results were nothing short of spectacular. It seems as though every new photo I take of her becomes my new favorite. These two photos of her especially are wonderful.

The Selfish Side Of Humanity

I'm not a huge fan of topics like this as preaching is not my thing but sometimes when too much builds up, it's good to write a post. Maybe I can open some people's eyes and change something. This topic is bothering me in particular as the problem is getting bigger and bigger, or I am just paying more attention to how people behave these days, due to the current situation, which is anything but usual.

These special circumstances we're forced to live under these days make us pay more attention to everything and I see how selfish and ignorant some people can be.

Respect For The Elderly

I see old people with heavy bags struggling to get off or get on the bus on a daily basis and no one is helping them. Younger people are too busy listening to music or checking their phones. They are also too tired to stand on their feet, sitting down, occupying the seats on public transport, so old people have nowhere to sit down. There are a few seats for old people on each bus but those are occupied as those are the best seats.

DIY Solar Grill & Fresh Panini. Umm, so good!

Here is a DIY project that repurposes an old satellite dish and turns it into a solar grill that can be used to make some awesome panini dishes.

Our Government Will Going To Ease-Down The Quarantine Level Again In My Province Tomorrow

The quarantine level in my place gets to be strict and ease back down again. Initially most of the province in this main island where my province is located had been subjected to an almost total lockdown. then after sometime they adjusted it to what we call a general community lockdown where most businesses can already operate as well as the public transportation.

Then it got stricter again because the number of CoViD cases just rose back up. So the health authorities had advised the president to impose a stricter quarantine level where public transportation was not allowed and most businesses gets to close especially the ones that does the mass gatherings of people like in theme parks and cinemas.

But with a stricter quarantine levels most people cannot travel that easily, you just have to have a valid reason and documents to show to the military and police that is manning the checkpoints otherwise you will not be allowed to pass.

The Problem With Facing Our Reality And How It Determines A Lifelong Relatability With Us And Our Society

One of most bizzare thing man is sometimes guilty of, is trying to solve his problems by providing a different solution to an underlying problem because the solution to the problem they have is too difficult for them to face or bring. Truth is, everyone has a problem, the reason why this sometimes doesn't feel so is because some people see their problems as challenge, others sees theirs, while some others don't even know they have problems up until these problems begins to threaten their existence, their happiness or their ability to function at the right proportion in their daily lives. While growing up, I had challenges, I saw myself different from other kids some even mocked me for being way older but look really small and malnourished.

How to grow Sweet Potato in a Plastic Bottle

This is my first time growing sweet potatoes in a plastic bottle and raising them directly into the fruit. I divided the sweet potato into two and soaked it in a bottle of water. The good thing about this is that, I still help the nature by recycling plastic bottles.I should have done it a long time ago but it did not cross my mind because of the other crops I have. Now I am determined to grow and enlarge it and move some of its branches to another plastic bottle to multiply.

Five days later, he has a twig and I will just wait for it to grow before I cut or remove it from his body. Then, I will transfer him to another bag or plastic bottle. I was excited about the outcome even though I knew it would take quite a while.

Misplacing The Right Decisions With The Wrong People. (The Lessons In Man Management)

Making decisions that pertains to people can be very difficult and this is usually because people are not static elements they can be here or there and they can vary but irrespective of how similar the lives of people can seem on the surface. Man management is one of the most difficult things as well because you have to decentralize functions and understand people to the core in order to really know how to make decisions about them, treat them and talk to them and this can be very stressful to a person handling or dealing with a lot of people.

One aspect to note again is that people are always changing cultivating new attitudes and behaviour so one can't exactly place a particular personality to a person whom they have known with a different kind of personality and that's particularly the reason why it's important not to take decisions based on the lessons of an experience one has gone through in their lives. Some experience defines us no doubt but then when we live in the conundrum of the horror of a previous experience, we're always guided by its errors rather than the lessons.
