Getting my fish to stock my pond

Hello,
Yesterday I went to the place where I will get my fish sobi can stock my pond. The fishes was inside black tank with water. The fishes are juveline that is they are more bigger than fingelines.

First they drain the water and they started using sieve to pack the fish and later they make use of net to pack it which it faster to back.

After packing it they make use of a flat surface which was specifically for counting purpose. I really love it because it make it easier.

Before they started counting they pour small palmoil inside the bucket of water where they will be placed after counting.
Once they count upto the amount that I want they pack the rest inside the tank.

Note: The fish were not given food in the morning so as to reduce stress. I went there in the evening like wise when pour them to my pond I didn't give them food likewise.
