Friday Cooking Contest: Home Made Sattu Paratha with Brinjal bharta & Coriander Chutney

Most popular local dish in the Bihar state of India. Sattu(type of Gram flour) is full of fiber, and full of essential nutrients. This dish can be used as a breakfast, lunch and dinner as you like.

Sattu paratha with Brinjal bharta, Coriander leaf chutney & fried green chilli and sawai kheer(Sweet dish)

RECIPE DETAILS
Sattu Ka Paratha originally having with brinjal bharta and Coriander leaf chutney, also can take with curd.

Ingredients:

For Dough Atta, Salt, Ajwain, Kalonji, Refine oli, Water
For Stuffing Sattu, Salt, Ajwain, Garlic & Ginger Paste, Green chili, Onion, Lemon juice, Achaar masala, Mustard oil, Coriander leaves
For Bringal bharta Bringal, Tomato, Onion, salt, Ajwain, Garlic, Green Chilli, Achar masala, Mustard oil.
For Chutney Coriander leaf, Salt, Green Chili, Achar masala

First Step……….Sattu Paratha
Prepare Dough:-
Take Flour in a bowl add some Salt, Ajwain, Kalonji & oil as per your quantity of flour, than add water as required and prepare soft dough, it will take 10 min around.

Prepare Stuffing:-
Take sattu in bowl and add some salt, Ajwain, Ginger & garlic paste, green chili, lemon juice, Achar masala, mustard oil, if like can add onion. Mix it well , now your stuffing is ready to fill on dough.

Prepare Paratha:-
 Make baslls and fill it with stuffing and rolling it as seen in picture
 Use rolling board to make parathas, but be carefull while making it not to break
 Keep tawa on mid flame and bake it both side till it went golden brown color and apply refine oil or Ghee both side of paratha.
 Always server hot sattu paratha

Making Brinjal bharta

First properly roast the Brinjal & tomato on low flame, also roast green chilli and garlic pieces over fry pan.

Smash all Roasted Brinjal/Tomato/Green chilli/Garlic and salt, Ajwain, Achar masala and mustard oil, after smashing 3-4 minute it ready to serve.

Coriander leaf chutney

Take Coriander leaf, Salt, Green Chilli, Achar masala and grind, till it be very thin.
If it felt thik mix some water over it, Now it is ready for serving.
