Greetings dear friends of the community ecoTrain, I am pleased to share with you all my participation in the sixth season of the "Question Of The Week", I will proceed to answer this week's question, the topic is as follows:

Stress Busting! - ¡Elimina el estrés!

Todos tenemos muchas formas y estrategias para aplacar el estrés y los factores que pueden generar cuyo estrés. He leído mucho artículos relacionados con este tema, uno de estos artículos es el siguiente Doing What Matters in Times of Stress, en este artículo nos dotan de habilidades y métodos prácticos de autoayuda por medio de ejercicios y técnicas que nos ayudan a drenar el estrés producto de procesos emocionales, situaciones complejas y situaciones personales, en fin, por medio de estas guías he podido aprender un poco más acerca de lo esencial que es el autocontrol y la capacidad de procesar de manera efectiva cada una de las situaciones que se nos atraviesan.

We all have many ways and strategies to deal with stress and the factors that can generate stress. I have read many articles related to this topic, one of these articles is the following Doing What Matters in Times of Stress, in this articles we are provided with skills and practical methods of self-help through exercises and techniques that help us to drain the stress product of emotional processes, complex situations and personal situations, in short, through these guides I have been able to learn a little more about how essential it is self-control and the ability to effectively process each of the situations that come our way.

Una de las estrategias que nos dicen en estos artículos que debemos aplicar en nuestro día a día es la realización de actividades que nos llenen de satisfacción y que nos den tranquilidad o motivación al logro.

One of the strategies that we are told in these articles that we should apply in our daily lives is to carry out activities that fill us with satisfaction and give us peace of mind or motivation.

Sabiendo esto, todos los días trato de aplicar este sabio consejo que nos sugieren en estas guías de autoayuda, todos los días de manera religiosa y disciplinada salgo a trotar y a entrenar mi cuerpo, una de las actividades que más disfruto hacer es entrenar y fortalecer mi cuerpo. El senderismo es también una de mis actividades favoritas, debido a la fuerte situación frente a la pandemia no he podido realizar rutas de senderismo durante todo este tiempo.

Knowing this, every day I try to apply this wise advice suggested in these self-help guides, every day in a religious and disciplined way I go jogging and train my body, one of the activities that I most enjoy doing is to train and strengthen my body. Hiking is also one of my favourite activities, due to the strong pandemic situation I have not been able to go hiking all this time.

Como ya mencioné anteriormente, uno de mis hábitos diarios son el entrenamientos físico, de lunes a viernes entreno y fortalezco mi cuerpo y organismo, también algunos de mis hábitos diarios para combatir el estrés es el realizar largas jornadas de lectura, dibujar y crear nuevas iniciativas para el desarrollo de mi blog aqui en Hive, Steemit y Blurt.

As I mentioned before, one of my daily habits is physical training, from Monday to Friday I train and strengthen my body and organism, also some of my daily habits to combat stress are long days of reading, drawing and creating new initiatives for the development of my blog here on Hive, Steemit and Blurt.

Crear, leer y entrenar me permiten drenar muchas emociones, descargar el estrés producto de las ocupaciones diarias y drenar muchas cargas emocionales. También debo admitir que algunas veces suelo salirme de control y caigo en ansiedad, consumo enormes cantidades de azúcar y me ahogo en un vaso de agua, así que siempre trato de mantenerme ocupado, mi mente suele ser muy inquieta, siempre estoy ideando planes, estratégicos, fórmulas, siempre estoy creando ideas que me permitan ir un paso adelante de la crisis y de las realidad en la que me encuentro en el ahora.

Creating, reading and training allow me to drain a lot of emotions, unload stress from daily busyness and drain a lot of emotional burdens. I must also admit that sometimes I tend to get out of control and fall into anxiety, consume huge amounts of sugar and drown in a glass of water, so I always try to keep myself busy, my mind is usually very restless, I am always coming up with plans, strategies, formulas, I am always creating ideas that allow me to be one step ahead of the crisis and the reality in which I find myself in the now.
