Yup, at least for me there was today!
Building soil is important for growing healthy plants. In our garden, we've been working on building up the soil for years, and opportunities like this make it so much easier. Today I went to town to check on something. I heard that a certain location would be giving away free compost tomorrow. I figured, "Well, if they are giving it away tomorrow, then they've probably got it onsite today." Sure enough, a giant pile was there waiting, so I got a load. At the moment I'm hard at work in the garden topdressing the raised beds right now. What an amazing score! Enjoy the photos!
