Here is my answers and participation on "Ecotrain question of the week". As Ecotrain community is very supportive specially for the new comers like myself so I decided I must take my part to promote their cause and must participate in all their good weakly activities.
I will divide the question in two parts and answer both one by one briefly.
Q(a): If not you then who?
My Answer: Because we are selfish and always take things for granted.
In other words, we don't give value to those things which are bestowed upon us from nature like the air we breathe, the ozone we take protection from, the lush green forests which produce oxygen for us, the pure water which we drink and satisfy our thirst, the mountains and even the moon without which these beautiful seasons wouldn't have existed. As we don't give value to all those blessings so we don't think it's our responsibility to take measures to protect them.
Another point which I highlighted is our selfishness. Because we do only things which we think will give us any financial profit and always think about our individual benefits rather than thinking of a community. So we think why should I?, and why not others? We don't accept and own our responsibility as a community and thus don't care about it. First we have to accept our responsibilities openly and then take measures accordingly.

Q(b): If not now then when?
My Answer: Until and unless we don't see the impact affecting directly us.
As I said we have been so selfish and only think about our individual interest so with this approach we will never take actions to safe our lovely homeland, the Earth, and keep it green and a safe heaven to live on. We will always wait for it until it is too much late and we will not be able to control things and thus will nothing left but to regret.

Let's spread our words and act promptly leading from the front to set example for others. We should take a first step towards betterment and will see how our little contribution will lead to a major impact on others behavior and actions. A drop of every responsible residents of this homeland will become a sea and within no time we will see a big change not in our society but throughout the globe and together we can save our Earth.
Let's do it by ourselves and now before it gets too late.
