You may have heard about a hundred ways to reduce stress. And one of them is 'making white space' which is least popular yet very helpful. You will see how calm, relaxed, focused you feel when you see a place in your busy surroundings where you feel like you have better breathing.

White space is creating some space in between our loads of stuff, it's like a breathing place in the middle of our house. But you can relate this to our mind also. Like creating some moments to relax our brain.

Creating this white space in our surroundings is not that tough. But we need to realize the necessity first!

There are many other benefits of creating white space n our surroundings. You can make some space in your workplace or your home if possible to practice breathing or meditation and yoga. If not, just keep it simple at home, make some empty areas to feel the calmness.
