One best way to be happy all the time!

Happiness is our choice, definitely. I wouldn't say it's easy to be and feel happy all the time. Because it's not possible, I know. Also, I have to approve that it's not also a healthy practice to try to make ourselves happy. We need to embrace all the other emotions in our life. But what I'm trying to say, at the end of the day we should promise ourselves happiness. And that can be possible just by doing a simple thing!

Choosing our own emotions

We can't control and decide what's gonna happen but we always can choose how to react and respond. And believe me, this is the key to happiness.

No one should have the power to impose our emotions on us. But you will see, it does not actually happen that way in real life. We give peoples the power to make us happy, sad, and cry. We depend on others to make ourselves happy. Let me give you an example.

If you break up with your loved one, you will definitely feel sad and crazy. But you also can choose how to react and respond. You can choose to cry for days and trying to make the relationship better. Or you can choose to walk away. You see, you hold the key to make yourself happy. Now you have to realize it first what can make you happy, what truly can; not what you think.

Choosing our emotions is like a moment-to-moment thought. I have to approve that it takes time to adopt this and incorporate in our life. But it's possible. Maybe we can't make it happen every time and there's no need for that also. But most of the time, we can choose our emotions. I hope this gonna help!
