The difference is the previous web was just owner based but user generated but Web 3.0 is User based and and user generated I.e users benefit from whatever they input online !
That is very true, the true Ownership aspect the most important part of the so called web3.
What is Web 3.0 though? I hear a lot about it being the metaverse but I have no idea what it's supposed to look like. I don't think centralized entities are going anywhere but they might have to coexist with the decentralized ones.
