The telephone. I can still recall the numbers of some of my friends I had as a kid. We had one of those big square ones with the rotary dial that if you didn't spin just right, you had to start all over. What kind of phone did you grow up with? Do you remember your first conversation? Amazing the distance covered in communication from this invention. Do you feel it is one of the greatest of all time? Tell us about it!
