Algo que amo realizar y cada vez que cuento con los ingredientes me pongo en la tarea, es hacer quesillos, y lo podrán verificar en varios post donde hago mención de su elaboración, además de que es uno de los postre que más amo, porque además de teletransportarme a mi infancia, me lleva a un estado de paz, ya que para su preparación me dispongo con toda la entrega y el amor a prepararlo, me gusta tomarme mi tiempo, entre cada ingrediente y no se imaginan la felicidad que me produce su elaboración, y si es para un regalo, me siento más entregada ya que deseo que lo que le llegue a la persona sea de su completo agrado. Y cuando ya esta culminado, la satisfacción es que haya quedado en su punto y más aún cuando los que se deleitan con su sabor, quedan complacidos con el producto, así que mi felicidad y satisfacción se vuelve mucho más grande.
Desde que aprendí a realizarlo, al momento le pongo tanta pasiónen su preparación, que lo he realizado integrándole diferentes ingredientes, como cambur y auyama, así que solo no me he quedado con la receta del tradicional y estoy dispuesta a seguir experimentando cada día más, esperando obtener buenos resultados, mi pareja @alinares dice que el esta dispuesto a sacrificarse a ser el primer en la prueba😅😂🤣.

And when it is finished, The satisfaction is that it has been at its point and even more so when those who delight in its flavor are pleased with the product, so my happiness and satisfaction becomes much greater.
Since I learned how to do it, at the moment I put so much passion into its preparation, that I have done it by integrating different ingredients, like banana and squash, so I just have not stayed with the traditional recipe and I am willing to continue experimenting every day more, hoping to obtain good results, my partner @alinares says that he is willing to sacrifice himself to be the first in the test 😅😂🤣.

Recuerdo mi preadolescencia, mi madre siempre nos asignó, a sus tres hijos mayores actividades diarias que deberíamos cumplir, a mi me tocaba limpiar los salones de la casa donde vivíamos, ya que era un residencia antigua, con piso de granito, yo limpiaba con una escoba grande, aserrín mojado en gasoil y me tocaba raspar la ñoña (heces) de las palomas, ya que en cada mural tenían sus palomares, me tocaba hacer el desayuno y la cena, fregar y como no contábamos con lavadora, lavábamos a mano mi mamá, mi hermana y yo, a mi me tocaba lavar con el jabón en polvo, mi hermana con el jabón azul y mi madre enjuagaba y tendía, realmente estos quehaceres para mi no son desagradables, lo desagradable era que después de todos esos oficios que mi mamá nos asignaba diariamente, (menos lavar que lo realizábamos los fines de semana), si queríamos ir a una reunión y arreglarnos el cabellos, mi mamá nos sacaba una cesta full de ropa para planchar 🙄 y solo así podriamos ir a la peluquería.
Realmente esta tarea es la que odio, aunque no la realizo mucho, ya que mi ropa afortunadamente, su gran mayoría es de la que no amerita ser planchada, pero tengo otras que si lo ameritan, pero esa por los momentos, trato de no usarla, ya que la plancha que teníamos se daño, pero realmente necesitamos una, ya que hay eventualidades que se necesitan ir más representables y esa ropa arrugada no se ve bien.

Actually, this task is the one that I hate, although I don't do it much, since my clothes, fortunately, the vast majority are those that do not deserve to be ironed, but I have others that do deserve it, but that for the moment, I try not to use them , Since the iron we had was damaged, but we really need one, since there are eventualities that need to be more representative and that wrinkled clothes do not look good.

Cheese! I don't know anyone who makes cheese. That is fascinating. I would love to taste it. The state that I live in in the United States is Wisconsin and it is known as the dairy state and a lot of cheese gets made here. That's probably why it's one of my favorite things!

A mí me encanta preparar el quesillo es mi postre favorito. Hubo un momento que la leche condensada se puso muy costosa, pero conseguí una receta con leche en polvo y salió perfecta.
