What is the most important thing that you ALWAYS carry with you, and why?
Antes de la pandemia, me encantaban esas carteras espaciosas, las cuales mientras más espacio tenían, más cosas podías encontrar en ellas😅, desde mi organizador, donde tenía mis tarjetas, libretas del banco, cedula y otros documentos importantes, sombrilla, toallas, pastillas para diferentes molestias, productos de higiene personal, un envase con hielo y agua y mi celular, estos últimos eran los más importante para mi, ya que si se me quedaban, era capaz de regresarme sin importar la distancia, para buscarlo.
Before the pandemic, I loved those spacious wallets, which the more space they had, the more things you could find in them😅, from my organizer, where I had my cards, bank notebooks, ID and other important documents, umbrella, towels, pills for different ailments, personal hygiene products, a container with ice and water and my cell phone, the latter were the most important for me, since if they stayed, I was able to return regardless of the distance, to look for it.
Desde que la pandemia llego, mis prioridades han cambiado mucho, además de las perdidas de algunas pertenencias, ¿A qué me refiero? Mis envases contigo, donde conservaba el hielo, los extravíe, si extraví dos y mi teléfono se me daño en mayo del presente año, y la adquisición de estos en estos momentos cuando existen otras prioridades, ha sido difícil, así que ya no me preocupo por llevar envases con hielo, ni me regreso a buscar teléfono, porque no tengo.

Since the pandemic hit, my priorities have changed a lot, in addition to the loss of some belongings, what do I mean? My containers with you, where I kept the ice, I lost them, if I lost two and my phone was damaged in May of this year, and the acquisition of these at this time when there are other priorities, It has been difficult, so I no longer worry about carrying containers with ice, nor do I go back to find a phone, because I don't have one.
Las personas que me han leído saben que lo más importante que siempre llevo conmigo es mi bicicleta, aunque ella es la que me lleva a mi🤣, se ha vuelto muy importante, ya que con ella puedo llegar a cualquier lugar, mantengo un distanciamiento social tan recomendando en esta época, no sufro para conseguir el efectivo que tanto cuesta hoy en nuestro país, además de que me mantiene ejercitada.
People who have read me know that the most important thing that I always carry with me is my bicycle, although she is the one that takes me🤣, it has become very important, since with it I can go anywhere, I maintain a social distancing so recommending at this time, I do not suffer to get the cash that costs so much in our country today, besides it keeps me exercised.
2️⃣ ¿Eres una persona líder o un seguidor, y por qué crees que lo es?
Are you a leader person or a follower, and why do you think that is?
Considero que todas en algún momento de nuestras vidas, podemos ser líder o seguidores, en nuestra casa, empleo o grupo. Cuando trabaje en un supermercado muy conocido en mi estado, me toco liderar a un grupo por varios años, y considero que no lo hice mal, ya que siempre estaba allí para apoyar y escuchar las sugerencias, encontraba la manera de corregir las fallas, sin hacerme sentir superior y siempre contaba con el apoyo de mis compañeros cuando se necesitaba realizar las tareas. Pero actualmente soy más seguidora que líder, ya que prefiero estar para colaborar y no para dirigir, aunque siempre puedo aportar sugerencias, cuando estas me sean permitidas y me agrada realizar mis funciones con buen desempeño.
- I believe that all at some point in our lives, we can be a leader or a follower, in our home, job or group. When I work in a well-known supermarket in my state, I have to lead a group for several years, and I consider that I did not do it wrong, since I was always there to support and listen to the suggestions, I found a way to correct faults, without making myself feel superior and always had the support of my colleagues when tasks needed to be done.
