Aquí mi participación en el Concurso comunitario Ladies of Hive #99, con pregunta número 1, esperando que ninguna de ustedes, requiera de estos servicios, sin embargo es importante conocer estos organismo y cómo acudir en caso de necesitar.

Cada país tiene leyes diferentes para las mujeres, algunas son muy avanzadas pero otras tienen una estructura difícil para obtener justicia en casos de violencia de género. En cualquier caso, todas las mujeres deberían conocer el sistema en su país. En el caso hipotético o real de que seas víctima o debas ayudar a una víctima de violencia de género, ¿sabes qué hacer? ¿Adónde ir en esa ciudad específica para buscar ayuda o presentar una queja? ¿Sabes cuál es el procedimiento?
Every country has different laws for women, some are very advanced but others have a difficult structure for obtaining justice in cases of gender violence. In any case, all women should be aware of the system in their country. In the hypothetical or real case that you are a victim or you have to help a victim of gender violence, do you know what to do? Where to go in that specific city to seek help or file a complaint? Do you know what the procedure is?

En el caso de ser víctima o conozca de alguna mujer que requiera ayuda por violencia, en mi país contamos con un organismo encargado de velar por la protección de la mujer, este instituto es INAMUJER (Instituto Nacional de la Mujer).
Tiene por finalidad planificar, coordinar y ejecutar las políticas dirigidas a la mujer; intervenir en la formulación de políticas públicas que afecten a la mujer en los campos de interés para éstas, tales como los de salud, educación, formación, capacitación, empleo, ingreso y seguridad social; garantizar la prestación de los servicios necesarios en materia jurídica, socioeconómica, sociocultural, sociopolíticas y socio doméstica, en los términos contemplados.
In the case of being a victim or knowing of a woman who requires help due to violence, in my country we have an organization in charge of watching over the protection of women, this institute is INAMUJER (National Institute for Women).
Its purpose is to plan, coordinate and execute policies aimed at women; to intervene in the formulation of public policies affecting women in areas of interest to them, such as health, education, training, employment, income and social security; to ensure the provision of the necessary services in legal, socio-economic, socio-cultural, socio-political and socio-domestic matters, under the terms contemplated in the law.

De acuerdo a mi investigación, no consegui ninguna dirección ni telefono directo en mi ciudad, sin embargo existe varios números de teléfono a nivel nacional donde podemos denunciar, estos casos.

El 0800Mujeres brinda apoyo a la mujer en situación de violencia, guiándola a cumplir la ruta institucional que es el instrumento de información a las mujeres en situación de violencia, y a las operadoras de justicia en la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica Sobre el Derecho de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia.
The 0800Mujeres provides support to women in situations of violence, guiding them to comply with the institutional route, which is the information tool for women in situations of violence, and to justice operators in the application of the Organic Law on the Right of Women to a Life Free of Violence.
¿Cuál es el procedimiento? // What is the procedure?
Si lo que necesitas es que se activen los organismos de seguridad del Estado ante un hecho de violencia que está ocurriendo, es inminente o acaba de ocurrir, lo recomendable es llamar a líneas de órganos receptores de denuncia. Es importante que puedas:
- Hacer la llamada desde el lugar seguro y confidencial.
- Indicar la gravedad de la situación violenta, decir si la persona porta armas de fuego o armas blancas, y si hay manifestaciones de agresión física.
- Indicar si eres la víctima directa y si hay más personas contigo que también están en riesgo.
- Brindar información sobre dónde te encuentras o dónde está la persona afectada. Ofrecer datos de la dirección o puntos de referencia de tu comunidad para que puedan dirigirse y prestar el apoyo.
- Dar cualquier otra información relevante para que la ayuda sea efectiva.
If what you need is to activate the security agencies of the State in the face of an event of violence that is occurring, is imminent or has just occurred, it is advisable to call the lines of the denouncing agencies. It is important that you can:
- Make the call from a safe and confidential place.
- Indicate the seriousness of the violent situation, say if the person is carrying firearms or bladed weapons, and if there are manifestations of physical aggression.

Aspectos legales ante una situación de violencia:
¿Cómo colocar una denuncia, o saber si lo que te está ocurriendo es un delito o no?,
Lo recomendable es llamar a las líneas de atención arriba mencionadas. En estas llamadas es importante que puedas:
- Hacer la llamada desde el lugar seguro y confidencial.
- Explicar lo que te ha ocurrido y desde cuándo, así como las secuelas o consecuencias negativas de la situación para ti y para tu familia.
- Dar información sobre la o las personas agresoras, así como los riesgos o amenazas realizadas ante la posibilidad de colocar la denuncia.
- Tener a mano recursos para tomar nota de la información que te van a suministrar. Es recomendable compartir esta información con personas aliadas.
- Borrar el registro de la llamada si la estás haciendo desde tu teléfono personal.

How to place a complaint, or know if what is happening to you is a crime or not,
It is advisable to call the above mentioned hotlines. In these calls it is important that you can:
- Make the call from a safe and confidential place.
- Explain what has happened to you and since when, as well as the aftermath or negative consequences of the situation for you and your family.
- Give information about the aggressor or aggressors, as well as the risks or threats made before the possibility of filing a report.
- Have resources at hand to take note of the information that will be provided to you. It is advisable to share this information with allies.
- Delete the record of the call if you are making it from your personal phone.
Gracias a este gran concurso, muchas mujeres se enterarán de esta información tan importante para nosotras las mujeres, a veces no le damos importancia porque no nos hemos visto afectadas por esta situación, pero no sabemos cuando podemos necesitarlo aunque sea para una vecina, conocida o amiga y por no tener el conocimiento no podemos ayudar.

Saludos mi joven amiga, me puedo percatar que estas bien ubicada y sabes donde acudir a la hora de buscar ayuda y orientar a una victima de violencia. Lo mejor es acudir a los órganos receptores, ellos deberían saber que hacer pero en caso que sus derechos sean cercenados, la fiscalía xx del ministerio publico de la mano de los institutos municipales, regionales inherente al derecho de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia, son idóneos para brindar ayuda y protección. Gracias mi estimada, por tu comentario. Bueno en realidad esto lo investigue gracias a este concurso, porque en realidad nunca me había interesado en saber algo al respecto; pero es bueno estar informado, uno nunca sabe cuando puede necesitarlo.
y como dice el dicho: es mejor tenerlo y no necesitarlo, que necesitarlo y no tenerlo.

Excelente tu participación, aportas información muy importante además dejas claro un algo que es común que es cuando no la mujer no le ha pasado tiende a ignorar la información pensando que nunca lo necesitará, pero hay que hacer que las mujeres cambien eso y estén siempre listas y preparadas.
