On Sunday, my adventure with studies began, before the first reunion I felt excitement and a slight hint of nervousness, in fact it is a normal reaction when we want to try something new, usually then we are accompanied by similar emotions, especially when we gathered for a long time. I got to the university at the junction, I was counting on a free place in the parking lot, unfortunately it was completely clogged, so I had to key a bit in search of a free place, finally I parked in front of the sign prohibiting parking and stopping because only there was enough space to park my Citroen C8, which is a large minivan.
I usually do not break the parking bans, but I found that due to the fact that it is a Sunday, the car will not bother anyone. At this convention she had 2 double blocks of exercises so I started classes at 11:40 and finished at 18:40, I arrived at the first one five minutes late so I fit in the proverbial student quarter of an hour, I joined one of the groups that had already started working on the first task commissioned to conduct the exercises. The task was to create a story about why zebras have stripes. We were divided into 4 groups and in the end, in each of them a completely different story was created, some of them were fairytale, but predictable, one was strongly in the atmosphere of fantasy, one was very predictable because the group told about the fact that the zebra has stripes from the black fence.
My group decided to tell the story in a rhymed version, I think that we came out of it a nice therapeutic fairy tale, moreover, leading classes on the methods of effective learning, on which this task was, emphasized that we were the first group in a few years that decided on a rhymed version and that we did it very well. The concept was created by the group before I joined it, but I had a big part in creating the story so I'm happy with the effect. I ended up in a group with younger girls, but I had no problem fitting into their company. To be honest, the girls took care of me, told me what was in class the day before, showed me notes, gave me information about when and what we have a colloquium or some other things to pass.
The sticks also saved me with a blank sheet of paper for the next exercise, which consisted in creating a mind map, this topic was also very interesting. Exercises in the methods of effective learning were interesting, and even more interesting was the teacher who was charismatic, so it was easy to find yourself in these classes, most of them had no problem getting into a discussion and actively taking part in classes, which is undoubtedly a big plus. It is a pity that we have the next exercises with her only in December and then we will have exercises at the first class and a colloquium at the second one, so we will not work too muchwith them unless she conducts an exercise in some other subject. The second block of classes that took place that day was general psychology, apparently the lectures on it were heavy, the exercises in this subject are conducted by a psychologist with many years of experience in the prison system, who is currently a deputy in the prison in Opole.
The classes began with this introduction, first the Lady presented herself to us, and then, each of the attendance lists introduced themselves to her and the group, told about why they found themselves in this direction. The group is very diverse in age, dominated by women, who are at different stages of professional and private life, one person who stands out in the group is a boy named Patryk, he is very active and very talkative, in the group theoretically there are two more boys, but on that day they were not present at the classes.
During the exercises in general psychology, we discussed the stake of blocks for the next class and started classes on conditioning, there were of course exercises to be performed in every class, here the form was not a group, we got a text to read and then we got into a discussion about why the teacher needs knowledge of psychology, it was clear that not everyone felt good in this topic, I felt a bit like in elementary school where everyone counts on the fact that someone else will speak and so it actually happenedbecause of the 25 people who were in class spoke maybe 4 people including me and the previously mentioned boy.
When it came to analyzing the examples from conditioning, and Patrick had to leave earlier, so basically only one girl besides me made an attempt to name what is what is in specific examples, despite reworking a few examples, I have the impression that most people did not understand that something that was initially an indifferent stimulus, through conditioning becomes a stimulus. Conditional. I realize that psychology classes in our field of study are a very small block and we do not even lick the subject properly, but the subject itself is definitely in my climate and I am aware that knowledge of the outline of psychology is necessary to be a good educator, without it, so I am surprised that some people are terrified of this subject.
On the other hand, listening to the motivations that people had to start this direction , I am sure that some of us will crumble, but there are people who will definitely do everything to complete their dream direction. It seems to me that sometimes you have to wait in life, the right moment I hope that actually this moment is good for me, that this is the time that I will devote to myself, that I will be able to achieve my goals and fulfill my dreams. I have always liked to learn, learning and deepening knowledge on a wide range of topics gave me pleasure. For the warm-up, we have already been given a few projects to finish, a few bulky books to read.
I have to make up for a few lectures because the first exam awaits me on November 5 in general psychology, the exam will take place online, for 6 I have several jobs to give, so I will spend the next weekend studying.

W niedzielę , rozpoczęła się moja przygoda ze studiami, przed pierwszym zjazdem czułam ekscytację i lekką nutkę podenerwowania, w sumie to normalna reakcja gdy chcemy spróbować czegoś nowego, zwykle wtedy towarzyszą nam podobne emocje zwłaszcza gdy zbieraliśmy się do tego przez dłuższy czas. Na uczelnię dojechałam na styk, liczyłam na wolne miejsce na parkingu, niestety był totalnie zapchany, więc musiałam nieco po kluczyć w poszukiwaniu wolnego miejsca, ostatecznie zaparkowałam przed znakiem zakaz postoju i zatrzymywania bo tylko tam było na tyle miejsca, żeby zaparkować mojego citroena C8 , który jest sporym minivanem.
Zwykle nie łamię zakazów postoju, ale stwierdziłam, że z racji iż jest to niedziela, auto nie będzie nikomu wadzić. Na tym zjeździe miała 2 podwójne bloki ćwiczeń więc zajęcia zaczynałam o 11:40 a kończyłam o 18:40, na pierwsze dotarłam z pięciominutowym spóźnieniem więc zmieściłam się w przysłowiowym studenckim kwadransie, dołączyłam do jednej z grup która już rozpoczęła pracę nad pierwszym zadaniem zleconym prowadzącą ćwiczenia . Zadanie polegało na stworzeniu historii na temat tego dlaczego zebry mają paski. Byliśmy podzieleni na 4 grupy i ostatecznie, w każdej z nich powstała zupełnie inna historia, część była bajkowa, ale do przewidzenia, jedna była mocno w klimacie fantasty, jedna była bardzo przewidywalna bo grupa opowiedziała o tym, że zebra ma paski od czarnego płotu.
Moja grupa zdecydowała się na opowiedzenie historii w wersji rymowanej, myślę że wyszła nam z tego fajna bajka terapeutyczna, zresztą prowadząca zajęcia z metod efektywnej nauki, na których było to zadanie, podkreśliła że byliśmy pierwszą grupą wciągu kilku lat, która zdecydowała się na wersję rymowaną i że bardzo fajnie nam to wyszło. Koncepcję stworzyła grupa zanim do niej dołączyłam, jednak miałam spory udział w tworzeniu historii więc jestem zadowolona z efektu. Trafiłam do grupy z młodszymi dziewczynami, jednak nie miałam problemu z wpasowaniem się w ich towarzystwo. Szczerze mówiąc powiem, że dziewczyny otoczyły mnie opieką, opowiedziały co było na zajęciach dzień wcześniej, pokazały notatki, przekazały informacje o tym, kiedy i czego mamy kolokwium czy jakieś inne rzeczy do zaliczenia.
Laski poratowały mnie też czystą kartką do wykonania następnego ćwiczenia, które polegało na stworzeniu mapy myśli, ten temat był też bardzo ciekawy. Ćwiczenia z metod efektywnej nauki były ciekawe, a jeszcze ciekawsza była, prowadząca która była charyzmatyczna, więc łatwo było się odnaleźć na tych zajęciach, większość nie miał problemu z tym aby wdać się w dyskusję i aktywnie brać udział w zajęciach co jest niewątpliwie dużym plusem. Szkoda tylko , że następne ćwiczenia z nią mamy dopiero w grudniu i wtedy będziemy na pierwszych zajęciach mieć ćwiczenia a na drugich już kolokwium więc za dużo z nią nie popracujemy no chyba, że będzie prowadzić ćwiczenie z jeszcze jakiegoś przedmiotu. Drugi blok zajęć, które odbyły się tego dnia to psychologia ogólna, podobno wykłady z niej były ciężkie , ćwiczenia z tego przedmiotu prowadzi Pani psycholog, z wieloletnim stażem w więziennictwie, która obecnie jest zastępcą w więzieniu w Opolu.
Zajęcia rozpoczęły się od tego zapoznania, najpierw Pani zaprezentowała nam siebie, a następnie, każdy z listy obecności przedstawił się jej i grupie, opowiedział o tym dlaczego znalazł się na tym kierunku. Grupa jest mocno zróżnicowana wiekowo, zdominowana przez kobiety, znajdujące się na różnych etapach, życia zawodowego i prywatnego, jedną osobą wyróżniającą się w grupie jest chłopak o imieniu Patryk, jest bardzo aktywny i mocno wygadany, w grupie teoretycznie jest jeszcze dwóch chłopaków, natomiast tego dnia nie byli oni obecni na zajęciach.
W trakcie ćwiczeń z psychologii ogólnych omówiliśmy pal bloków na następne zajęcia oraz rozpoczęliśmy zajęcia dotyczące warunkowania, były oczywiście jak na każdych zajęciach ćwiczenia do wykonania, tu forma nie była grupowa, dostaliśmy tekst do przeczytania a później wdaliśmy się w dyskusję na temat tego po co pedagogowi znajomość psychologii, widać było, że nie każdy czuł się dobrze w tym temacie, poczułam się trochę jak w podstawówce gdzie każdy liczy na to , że ktoś inny zabierze głos i tak faktycznie się stało bo na 25 osób które były na zajęciach głos zabrały może z 4 osoby w tym ja i wcześniej wspomniany chłopak.
Gdy przyszło do analizy przykładów z warunkowania, a Patryk musiał wyjść wcześniej, więc w zasadzie tylko jedna dziewczyna oprócz mnie podjęła próbę, nazwania tego co jest czym w konkretnych przykładach, mimo przerobienia kilku przykładów, mam wrażenie, że większość osób nie zrozumiała tego, że coś co było początkowo bodźcem obojętnym, poprzez warunkowanie staje się bodźcem warunkowym. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że zajęcia z psychologii na naszym kierunku stanowią bardzo mały blok i nawet nie liźniemy porządnie tematu, ale sam przedmiot jest zdecydowanie w moim klimacie i mam świadomość, że znajomość zarysu psychologii jest niezbędna do bycia dobrym pedagogiem, bez tego ani rusz, dlatego dziwi mnie, że niektórzy są tym przedmiotem przerażeni.
Z drugiej strony słuchając motywacji, które dane osoby miały aby rozpocząć ten kierunek jestem pewna, że część z nas się wykruszy ale, są osoby które na pewno zrobią wszystko, żeby ukończyć wymarzony kierunek. Wydaje mi się, że czasem trzeba wyczekać w życiu, właściwy moment mam nadzieję, że faktycznie ten moment jest dobry dla mnie, że jest to czas, który poświęcę sobie, że będę mogła zrealizować swoje cele i spełnić swoje marzenia. Zawsze lubiłam się uczyć, nauka i zgłębianie wiedzy o szerokiej tematyce sprawiała mi przyjemność. Na rozgrzewkę mamy już zadane kilka projektów do wykonie, kilka opasłych książek do przeczytania.
Muszę nadrobić kilka wykładów bo już pierwszy egzamin czeka mnie 5 listopada z psychologii ogólnej, egzamin odbędzie się w trybie online, na 6 mam kilka prac do oddania, więc najbliższy weekend spędzę na nauce.
