Food will always be that love well defined in texture, flavor, color, smell and nutrition that fills us with happiness. When someone knows you thoroughly, they give you that gift for your tasty palate that becomes the necessary energy to feed the body but also the soul. Over the years there are smells and flavors that are unforgettable as well as exquisite dishes that we long to eat.. I am giving you a preamble to my entry. Because that's what our first question is about. Here I share my entry.
1.-¿Qué comida nunca ha comido pero que realmente le gustaría probar?// What food have you never eaten but would really like to try?
Many years ago, a great friend and today godfather to my 2 oldest children, was active fishing very often. Although now he is a little older and dedicates himself more to singing, which was one of his passions since he was little.
It happened then that since he was 19 years old, his uncle always took him fishing for days in a row late at night. He, a natural from the coast, swam at midnight to the bottom of the sea with ease and managed to fish manually or something like that, some divine specimens that almost no one could catch.. One fine day he arrived from his long days fishing with a lobster.. That was like 17 years ago hehe. But to this day we remember that moment.
He has brought me that lobster to try and Yo! as there were so many people, I felt a huge shame because: first I did not know how to eat that..Second I was hearing that it had almost no cooking and I was terrified!!! All I could do was say to him: I don't eat that! You better give me a fried fish
My friend half confused and half annoyed, I just kept his lobster and agreed to find me the fish to fry it.. Well, after a long time, I saw someone cut it almost in half length to length and eat it with that taste! Savoring every bit of meat... I saw him enjoy a moment that could have been mine!
Hasta el día de hoy recuerdo el rojizo por fuera y esa carne tierna, blanda y blanca por dentro. Y yo sin poder decir dame para probar! Jajaja

My friend sometimes continue fishing temporarily, because as I said he is more dedicated to singing..More never in my life have I had the opportunity to pass him even near a plate with a lobster at least to steal a piece.But it is a dish that I long to try one day. By then I lost the great opportunity to eat a I Alone!
2 ¿Qué fue algo que empezó mal para ti, pero al final fue genial?//What was something that started out badly for you, but in the end was great?
We always rush to have control of things, not knowing that everything that happens to us is perfect at the time and therefore we must accept it to receive learning without putting up so much resistance. It turns out that 8 years ago, I started to gain a little more weight than normal and I was happy!!! Because I never gain weight! with nothing
But suddenly I got sick, I started with gastritis, vomiting, then I had vertigo and labyrinthitis, and I continued with a supposed appendicitis... There were many tests that they did, they indicated a diet, and more in-depth general check-ups. One night they took me out of the emergency with severe pelvic pain, the diagnosis: I was going to be operated on for appendicitis, and the only thing missing was an exam.
The bioanalyst on duty at the clinic came out of the emergency at 12:00 at night and I suddenly started to feel fine. At 2 hours I wanted to go home to rest and they allowed me to do so. They told me that I should return the next day for more medical check-ups and go into the operating room.
Talking to a neighbor before going to the clinic, I wonder if she had not called my gynecologist, and I said No! If what I have is appendicitis.And she smiles and says to me: it seems strange to me that you have half fat, If you never gain weight, is it that you are pregnant?..And I come back to the subject, no! If I already had an echo-sonogram and I even have cysts! She insisted, and said: call your doctor to see and tell her
And indeed, while I was talking to my gynecologist on the way to the clinic, I deviated. And I went to see her first, she was almost 3 months pregnant.. Wow !! What a surprise, especially since during that time I saw my menstrual cycle on a regular basis. Thank God who always sends an angel on the road to prevent situations.. I had a beautiful girl whom I called: Fiorella Shopia, who in my translation is the flower of wisdom!
