2️⃣ Let's talk about a resilient woman, she can be your friend, family member, co-worker, etc. What is her life challenge, and what did she do to overcome the trial she faced?
She surprises me every day
Sometimes we think that our children should be this or that way, we demand behaviors according to our beliefs and experiences. We don't understand their tastes or their styles, because we simply don't get to know them.
The truth is that since she started to grow up I saw her world, the one that was out there and that was her culture in which she felt safe, she was not afraid, I let her be and do. She was 8 years old and enjoyed her moment, she felt proud, and I felt prouder, seeing her smile and do what she loved.
Things I love about my beloved resilient woman, my daughter: She knows when I need a hug, and she knows how to cheer me up over nothing. She is as creative as she is intelligent, plus she is addicted to movies of all genres. Funny from time to time, extraordinary and not at all ordinary. Sweet and without malice, she's a noble heart.... My great blessing.
She has the added bonus of adding her perfect ingredient to live life, ...RESILIENCE!!!, every day.
As a woman I saw her immersed in so many, in so many things, I talked to her about everything and that it depended on her how to face the changes, not from resignation but adapting to the present time and I never told her that it would be easy, sometimes I judge myself and I ask myself, did I teach her to do it well?
Every experience in her, and learning for what is to come, is to live in the here and now, and that is the basis of Veronica's resilient way of seeing and acting in her life and her environment; she is a great woman in every way, so I must have done something good as a mother.
Her challenge in life
Once she understood and learned that motivation is personal, she filled herself with all possible resources to reach her goal, enjoying the journey.
For her, it is not worth staying or stagnating in the bad, no matter how many challenging moments, she is used to leaving in the memory of those around her, family, friends, patients, her laughter and embrace, the shared moment, the caresses of the wind and the joy of good music, no matter what, without listening to judgments, paying attention to the moment, no matter how strong what we live is, she always tells me, it is about treasuring the fragments of happiness.... Life is so short and ephemeral, mom, I learned that from you when you were sick.
My daughter, my teacher, my mentor
She is a dentist by profession, she practices her profession in a country of brave people, riding on a roller coaster of feelings, emotions and fear of the unknown and of what does not belong to you; however, I have seen in her strength and courage no matter how unfair what is happening to her is... That is called resilience.
When there is a motive or objective of great interest, believe me that resilience comes by itself, when I was sick with cancer, she was a fundamental pillar in my palliative care and everything that had to do with my process of chemotherapy, doctors, for my healing. She made time, but she was there between her work with her patients, her home with her husband and me, her mother. The children are not here yet, she is taking the steps to be able to reach that blessing.
Seeing life from another perspective
She overcame the ordeal of having her sick mother with "The Love" of a daughter that is forever, will always be and will last... the love of the family is the gasoline to continue, it is even the basis to realize our particular life projects, it is the root and everything that happens in it surrounds us all.
It was a time when this woman inspired me and helped me to see life from another perspective, looking for solutions and new ways to walk the path to continue with blessings and move forward. To you, my admired resilient woman, I will hold your hand until the end of my days.
A challenge that marked a before and after
Now she and I are stronger... we will continue learning, growing, evolving and being very resilient in the face of changes, I must even thank with my soul, enjoy just seeing the sun rise.
I wish that in all your lives there will come people not only women of blood as this woman of whom I speak, but also friends who feel like family (sincere and loyal) ... I make this post because at this time of life and the world it is necessary and urgent to love each other as a family, love each other as long as time allows and enjoy ... Because happiness are moments that you must treasure so that they remain in your mind and in your heart.
Be happy and resilient even in adversity, rejoice for your own and others' good news, be creative to keep flowing on this road we have to travel, and you may have challenges but make them surmountable ... so have an optimistic positive attitude.

2️⃣ Hablemos de una mujer resiliente, puede ser tu amiga, familiar, compañera de trabajo, etc. ¿Cuál es su reto de vida y qué hizo para superar la prueba que enfrentó?
Ella me sorprende cada día.
A veces pensamos que nuestros hijos deben ser de tal o cual manera, les exigimos conductas de acuerdo a nuestras creencias y vivencias. No entendemos sus gustos o sus estilos, porque sencillamente no nos adentramos a conocerlos.
Lo cierto es que desde que ella comenzó a crecer vi su mundo, el que estaba allí afuera y que era su cultura en el que se sentía segura, no tuvo miedo, la dejé ser y hacer. Tenía 8 años y disfrutó su momento, se sintió orgullosa y yo más, al verla sonreír y hacer lo que le gustaba.
Cosas que me gustan de mi amada mujer resiliente, mi hija: Ella sabe cuando necesito un abrazo, y sabe cómo alegrarme por nada. Es tan creativa como inteligente, además es adicta al cine de todos los géneros. Divertida de vez en cuando, extraordinaria y nada ordinaria. Dulce y sin malicia, es un corazón noble... ¡Mi gran bendición!.
Ella tiene el plus de agregar su ingrediente perfecto para vivir la vida, … RESILIENCIA!!!, cada dia.
Como mujer la vi sumergida en tantas, en tantas cosas, le hable de todo y que de ella dependía el cómo afrontar los cambios, no desde la resignación pero si adecuándose al tiempo presente y jamás le dije que sería fácil, a veces me juzgo y me pregunto ¿la enseñe para que lo hiciera bien?
Toda vivencia en ella, y aprendizaje para lo que viene, es para vivir el aquí y el ahora, y en eso se basa la manera resiliente de Verónica de ver y accionar su vida y su entorno; es una mujer estupenda en todo sentido, así que algo bueno habré hecho como madre.
Su reto en la vida
Una vez que entendió y aprendió que la motivación es personal, se llenó de todos los recursos posibles para poder alcanzar su objetivo, disfrutando el camino.
Para ella no vale la pena quedarse o estancarse en lo malo, por más momentos desafiantes, acostumbra a dejar en la memoria de quienes estamos en su entorno, familia, amigos, pacientes, su risa y abrazo, el momento compartido, las caricias del viento y la alegría de la buena música, sin importar nada, sin escuchar juicios, prestando atención al momento, por más fuerte que sea lo que vivimos siempre me dice, se trata de atesorar los fragmentos de felicidad… La vida es tan corta y efímera mama que eso lo aprendí de ti cuando estuviste enferma
Mi hija, mi maestra, mi mentora
Ella es odontóloga de profesión, ejerce su profesión en un país de valientes, montados en una montaña rusa de sentimientos, emociones y miedo a lo desconocido y a lo que no te pertenece; sin embargo, he visto accionar en ella fuerza y valor por más injusto que sea lo que le está ocurriendo… Eso se llama resiliencia.
Cuando hay un motivo u objetivo de gran interés, créanme que la resiliencia viene sola, cuando tuve enferma con cáncer, ella fue un pilar fundamental en mis cuidados paliativos y todo lo que tenía que ver con mi proceso de quimioterapias, médicos, para mi sanación. Sacaba tiempo al tiempo, pero estaba allí entre su trabajo con sus pacientes, su hogar con su esposo y yo su madre. Todavía no han llegado los hijos, está dando los paso para poder alcanzar esa bendición.
Ver la vida desde otra perspectiva
Ella superó la prueba de tener a su mamá enferma con “El Amor” de una hija que es para siempre, siempre estará y perdurará... el amor de la familia es la gasolina para continuar, incluso es la base para concretar nuestros proyectos de vida particulares, es la raíz y todo lo que ocurre en ella a todos nos arropa.
Fue un tiempo en que esta mujer me inspiro y ayudo a ver la vida desde otra perspectiva, buscando soluciones y nuevas maneras de recorrer el camino para continuar con bendiciones y salir adelante. A ti mi admirada mujer resiliente te tomaré de la mano hasta el final de mis días.
Un reto que marcó un antes y después
Ahora ella y yo somos más fuertes... seguiremos aprendiendo, creciendo, evolucionando y siendo muy resilientes ante los cambios, incluso debo agradecer con el alma, disfrutar con solo ver salir el sol.
Yo deseo que en todas sus vidas lleguen personas no solamente mujeres de sangre como esta mujer de quien hablo, sino también amigas que se sientan como familia (sinceras y leales)... hago este post porque en este momento de vida y del mundo es necesario y urgente quererse como familia, ámense hasta tanto el tiempo los deje y disfruten ... Porque la felicidad son momentos que debes atesorar para que te queden en la mente y en el corazón.
Sean felices y resilientes aún en la adversidad, alégrense por las buenas noticias propias y ajenas, seamos creativos para seguir fluyendo en este camino que nos toca recorrer y que posiblemente tengas desafíos pero hazlos superables... por ello ten una actitud positiva optimista.
Te agradezco Dios por haberme ayudado en salud y seguir aferrada a ti en tus manos.

Los frutos lo vez en su forma de ser y actuar, que Dios la bendiga para que siga siendo una mujer que afronta lo que le viene y sale airosa, con ganas de más.
Amen mi estimada @leidimarc esta hija mia es una fuente inagotable de resiliencia , y lo demostro cuando estuve enferma y postrada en cama cuando me colocaban la quimioterapia fueron tiempos tan duros , ella siempre estuvo alli .
Es la cosecha de lo sembrado y que gracias a Dios. ahora esta en esa busqueda de tener hijos esperando esa bendicion para continuar su camino su propia vida .
Se que todo estara bien y mejor para ella. A veces le digo que parece una plastilina como se va a decuando a los cambios sin resistencia a elos mismos.

Me encantó tu post. El amor sanador, el amor sana y si es desde el núcleo mas importante: La familia, el resultado es la salud plena.
Así es bella dama. El amor es sanador y sana cuando viene de tu propia sangre y es que esta hija jamás arrugo la cara hasta en mis peores momentos en mi enfermedad siempre sonrió aun cuando sus ojos estaban hinchados de tanto, llorar a escondidas delante de mí muy pocas veces lo hizo hasta el sol de hoy siempre está al pendiente de todo que me sienta bien y feliz.
Ella dice que de esta manera es como se puede ganar la batalla ante cualquier situación que sea difícil, con fuerza, fe y aceptando los cambios con calma para ver con claridad las posibilidades para salir adelante.
