Buenos días querida Comunidad de #Hive, estuve ausente ayer por diferentes motivos así que espero que hayan disfrutado su fin de semana en familia, solos, en casa, al aire libre o como sea pero FELICES. El mío en familia y resguardados por la cuarentena, pero siempre buscando las maneras de aprovecharlo en positivo y alegres.
Good morning dear #Hive Community, I was absent yesterday for different reasons so I hope you enjoyed your weekend with your family, alone, at home, outdoors or whatever, but HAPPY. Mine as a family and protected by quarantine, but always looking for ways to take advantage of it positively and joyfully.
Agradeciendo la invitación de mi hermana @dbora a participar en el Concurso #32 de Ladies Of Hive Hoy mi post estará orientado al mismo y describir mi percepción en cuanto a la siguiente pregunta:A medida que disminuyen las restricciones de coronavirus, ¿Qué es lo que más esperas y por qué? ¿Cuándo crees que lo lograrás?
Thanking my sister @dbora's invitation to participate in the Ladies Of Hive Contest # 32 Today my post will be oriented towards it and describe my perception regarding the following question: As coronavirus restrictions ease, what are you looking forward to the most and why? When do you think you will achieve it?
Esta pandemia totalmente inesperada para el Mundo entero, sin duda nos tomó por sorpresa porque creíamos que sólo pasaba en películas y como dicen en mi país: "fuera de base" porque en nuestro caso, estamos pasando por la peor crisis económica de nuestra historia, por lo que nos encontramos en medio de dos virus el del Covid-19 y uno peor y más arrasador, despiadado que nos está consumiendo y desgastando lentamente que es el Gobierno actual en Venezuela.
This totally unexpected pandemic for the whole world undoubtedly took us by surprise because we believed that it only happened in movies and as they say in my country: "off base" because in our case, we are going through the worst economic crisis in our history, So we find ourselves in the middle of two viruses: Covid-19 and a worse and more devastating, ruthless one that is slowly consuming and wearing us down, which is the current government in Venezuela.
Motivo por el cual la pandemia a los venezolanos robó uno de los pocos respiros que teníamos por causa de la crisis que era el salir, compartir entre amigos, conversar personalmente y drenar todo lo negativo y peor aún, a nosotros los profesionales amantes de nuestro trabajo, está pandemia nos limitó al máximo que también era un respiro a la crisis y en lo personal, considero que principalmente está afectando a la generación de relevo, a nuestros hijos en cuanto a su educación, actividades extracurriculares, deportes, salidas en familias, los cumpleaños, los de sus primitos, amiguitos. En mi caso, como lo he mencionado en otros post, soy Madre de 3 hijos, esposa, ingeniería y actualmente aprendiendo uno de uno de los trabajos más duros y que tienen mucho mérito que son el de Ama de casa y Maestra; los cuales han sido todo un reto principalmente el de educar a mis hijos en casa y ser una maestra triple de 2do, 5to y 6to grado y como maestra, asumo más no es la forma que me ven ellos porque hoy, mañana y siempre seré su Mamá por lo cual no me toman ese respeto alumno - docente y estando en casa, simplemente se distraen y dispersan más rápido y lo que más me preocupa es el hecho que, a pesar de ser ingeniera, siento que no les sé explicar porque no tengo ese don de los maestros, esa capacidad de ellos tan fácil de transmitir los conocimientos y sino fuese por ese enorme amor y deseos inmenso de que se superen y sean unos profesionales que aporten no solo en su país sino más allá y crezcan como personas integras que sumen en todos los aspectos, de verdad que hubiese colgado los guantes y no explotara más la paciencia y constancia que he tenido hasta ahora. Como ejemplo pueden ver esa carita de molestia y frustración porque debe hacer sus tareas y después de una larga conversación con cariño, hasta subiendo un poco la voz o porque no, con un poquito de chantaje como que le voy a dar dulces, dejar jugar más con el teléfono... o que no le voy a permitir nada de lo anterior es que baja la guardia y fluye la actividad como pueden observar en la foto siguiente.

In my case, as I have mentioned in other posts, I am a mother of 3 children, a wife, engineering and currently learning one of the hardest jobs that have a lot of merit which are Housewife and Teacher < / strong>; which have been a challenge mainly to educate my children at home and be a triple teacher of 2nd, 5th and 6th grade and as a teacher, I assume more is not the way they see me because today, tomorrow and I will always be their Mom, for which they do not take that respect from the student - teacher and being at home, they simply get distracted and disperse faster and what worries me the most is the fact that, despite being an engineer, I feel that I do not know how to explain why I do not have that gift of teachers, that ability of them so easy to transmit knowledge and if it were not for that enormous love and immense desire that they overcome themselves and be professionals who contribute not only in their country but further afield and grow as integral people who They add up in all aspects, I really would have hung up my gloves and no longer exploited the patience and perseverance that I have had until now. As an example you can see that face of annoyance and frustration because he has to do his homework and after a long conversation with affection, even raising his voice a little or why not, with a little blackmail like I'm going to give him sweets, let him play more with the telephone ... or that I am not going to allow any of the above, it is that it lowers its guard and the activity flows as you can see in the following photo.
Por lo antes expuestos, sin duda lo que más espero y anhelo a medida que disminuyen las medidas restrictivas del coronavirus es el regreso a clases presenciales de los niños y adolescentes" para restablecer su línea educativa donde debe ser y con personas especializadas para la enseñanza, una verdadera guía con la atención adecuada fuera de su zona de confort donde si prestan más atención y ven a sus Maestros y Profesores como tal y por consiguiente, la absorción de los conocimientos es mejor y la continuación de sus deberes como estudiantes se fortalecen y podemos tener la generación de relevo que necesita nuestro país y el mundo en general con conocimientos sólidos, proactividad capacidad de respuesta, análisis, redacción, responsabilidad, disciplina, planificación con valores éticos y profesionales totalmente inviolables y definidos.
For the aforementioned, without a doubt what I most hope and long for as the restrictive measures of the coronavirus decrease is the return to face-to-face classes of children and adolescents "to reestablish their educational line where it should be and with specialized people for teaching, a true guide with adequate attention outside of their comfort zone where if they pay more attention and see their Teachers and Professors as such and therefore, the absorption of knowledge is better and the continuation of their duties as students is strengthened and we can to have the generation of relief that our country and the world in general need with solid knowledge, proactive responsiveness, analysis, writing, responsibility, discipline, planning with totally inviolable and defined ethical and professional values.
En segundo lugar es el poder reactivarme a nivel profesional porque amo mi trabajo y por ende lo disfruto, me nutre y avanzo más al respecto porque personalmente siento que en éste tiempo no he crecido en ese aspecto sino más bien me he quemado y principalmente urge reactivar el aparato productivo, tecnológico, manufacturero y en general de un 1000% para que entre todos aportemos un granito de arena para levantar al país del hoyo en el el que está cayendo sin frenos nuestro país.
Second is being able to reactivate at a professional level because I love my work and therefore I enjoy it, it nurtures me and I advance more in this regard because personally I feel that in this time I have not grown in that aspect but rather I have burned out and mainly it is urgent to reactivate the productive, technological, manufacturing apparatus and in general a 1000% so that together we can contribute a grain of sand to lift the country from the hole into which our country is falling without brakes.
Por último, espero que podamos abrir nuevamente las puertas de nuestros hogares y los brazos a todas esas personas especiales que amamos, que tenemos lejos y al mundo en general para no vernos nunca más como extraterrestres y focos andantes de contagios que nos pueden hacer daño sino con los ojos del amor, del agradecimiento, la solidaridad y humildad que nos caracteriza. Creo que esto lo lograremos en el 1er trimestre del año 2022 porque aún el nivel de contagios y fallecidos en Venezuela sigue subiendo, los recursos y atención médica escaseando y colapsando, y el Ejecutivo Nacional no se activa como debería en la procura de las Vacunas ni deja que el sector privado lo realice lamentablemente, y anudado dentro de lo malo gracias a Dios, esta pandemia no ha sido tan cruel aquí.
Finally, I hope that we can open again the doors of our homes and our arms to all those special people that we love, that we have far away and the world in general so that we never see ourselves again as aliens and walking sources of contagions that can harm us but with the eyes of love, gratitude, solidarity and humility that characterize us. I believe that we will achieve this in the 1st quarter of 2022 because even the level of infections and deaths in Venezuela continues to rise, resources and medical care are scarce and collapsing, and the National Executive is not activated as it should in the procurement of Vaccines or let the private sector do it unfortunately, and knotted inside the bad thank God, this pandemic has not been so cruel here.
Agradecida por su tiempo y con Fe y esperanzas que, esta terrible pandemia que ha llevado tantas vidas trayendo tristezas a miles de familia y distancias inmensas entre muchos, acabe muy pronto para volver a nuestras vidas diarias y a esos pequeños detalles que eran comunes y ahora se ven tan lejanos. Cuídense y recuerden el distanciamiento social, el uso del tapabocas y cumplir con todas las medidas de bioseguridad que su país establezca para evitar más pérdidas humanas y que este encierro continúe. Grateful for her time and with Faith and hopes that, this terrible pandemic that has led so many lives bringing sadness to thousands of families and immense distances among many, ends very soon to return to our daily lives and to those small details that were common and now are come so far away. Take care and remember social distancing, the use of a mask and comply with all the biosecurity measures that your country establishes to avoid more human losses and that this confinement continues.
