Atendiendo la invitación que me hiciera @machiqui63 y leyendo sobre las 2 propuestas en las que se basa este concurso decidí unirme a esta hermoso reto que como como es típico de @ladiesofhive busca aflorar lo mejor de nosotras, mujeres empoderadas e involucradas con el país donde nacimos así como dar a conocer nuestras preferencias en diferentes áreas de la vida cotidiana.
Hello friends! I love this challenge that my friends Ladies of Hive Community Contest #19 are promoting.
Following the invitation made by @machiqui63 and reading about the 2 proposals on which this contest is based I decided to join this beautiful challenge that as is typical of @ladiesofhive seeks to bring out the best of us women empowered, and involved with the country where we were born as well as to make known our preferences in different areas of everyday life. .
La materialización de los tres iconos la elaboré con materiales reciclados | The materialization of the three icons was elaborated with recycled materials.
1️⃣ Muéstranos tres iconos de tu país. Sé creativo con ellos, si lo deseas.
En relación a los íconos de mi país, yo me inclino por tres iconos del estado en el que nací el Zulia- Venezuela.
1.- Puente Rafael General Urdaneta: Sin duda como Maracucha es una experiencia única pasar el puente porque sabes que estas volviendo a tu tierra. Ver el lago desde arriba al pasar las pilas del puente es una experiencia muy bonita. Desde pequeña me causa admiración y alegría al ver el lago y el cielo como si se unieran.
Más que ser un símbolo de zulianidad es un icono de toda Venezuela que representa una gran obra de arquitectura.
2.- Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Chiquinquirá: es un santuario lleno de anécdotas y fe ya que en ella se encuentra nuestra excelsa patrona de nuestra región la Virgencita del Rosario de Chiquinquirá. La devoción por nuestra Señora de Chiquinquirá es centenaria
En Zulia la navidad llega oficialmente el día de la Virgen, cuando alumbran toda la ciudad y se llenan de alegría y fervor por su bajada. Los maracuchos planifican grandes eventos en los que la protagonista es la Chiquinquirá. El famoso amanecer gaitero y la esperanza de un nuevo y mejor año se activan en Maracaibo a partir de noviembre.
3.- Mujer Guajira: Mujer guajira Venezolana Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de Latinoamérica, es la la digna representante de la mujer en la etnia wayúu y su traje forma parte de nuestra idiosincrasia. Mujeres wayúu identifican las manos que tejen la vida y su descendencia.

1️⃣ Show us three icons of your country. Be creative with them, if you wish.
1.- Rafael General Urdaneta Bridge: No doubt as a Maracucha is a unique experience to pass the bridge because you know you are returning to your land. Seeing the lake from above when passing the bridge piles is a very nice experience. Since I was a little girl it has caused me admiration and joy to see the lake and the sky as if they were united.
More than being a symbol of Zulia, it is an icon of Venezuela that represents a great work of architecture.
2.- Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá: it is a sanctuary full of anecdotes and faith since it is home to the Virgin of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá, the patron saint of our region. The devotion for our Lady of Chiquinquirá is centenary.
In Zulia, Christmas officially arrives on the day of the Virgin, when the whole city is illuminated and filled with joy and fervor for her descent. The people of Maracucho plan great events in which the protagonist is the Chiquinquirá. The famous gaitero dawn and the hope for a new and better year are activated in Maracaibo starting in November.
3.- Guajira Woman: Venezuelan Guajira Woman, Intangible Cultural Heritage of Latin America, is the worthy representative of women in the Wayuu ethnic group and her costume is part of our idiosyncrasy. Wayúu women identify the hands that weave life and their descendants.

2️⃣ ¿Cuál es tu cuento favorito y quién es un personaje de cuento en tu propia vida?
El dibujo es de mi autoría y lo hice con material reciclado| The drawing is my own and I made it with recycled material.
Mi cuento favorito es Aladdín producida por Walt Disney Feature Animation y basada en Aladino, cuento popular de Las mil y una noches. Me fascina este cuento porque Aladdín y Jazmín se enamoran sin importar sus diferencias de estatus social y a pesar de que él quiso impresionar a Jazmín haciéndose pasar por un príncipe al final todo se descubre y ella lo sigue amando sin importar que era un chico pobre pero con grandes sentimientos que es lo que en verdad importa.
Me encantó la escena del beso ya que sellaron con ese beso su amor el cual fue provocado por la alfombra mágica y eso me cautivó. jajaja...
Otra parte que me enganchó a este cuento, fue cuando Aladdín promete liberar al genio con su tercer deseo, a pesar que podía obtener infinidades de cosas, para Aladdín fue mas importante la amistad y amor por su genio. La emoción que siente el genio es conmovedora cada vez que la veo yo también me emociono muchísimo.
2️⃣ What is your favorite fairytale and who is a fairytale character in your own life?
My favorite story is Aladdin produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and based on Aladdin, a folk tale from The Arabian Nights. I love this story because Aladdin and Jasmine fall in love regardless of their differences in social status and even though he wanted to impress Jasmine by pretending to be a prince in the end everything is discovered and she still loves him no matter that he was a poor boy but with great feelings which is what really matters.
I loved the kiss scene since they sealed their love with that kiss which was provoked by the magic carpet and that captivated me. hahaha....
Another part that hooked me to this story, was when Aladdin promises to free the genie with his third wish, although he could get infinite things, for Aladdin was more important the friendship and love for his genie. The emotion that the genie feels is touching every time I see it, I also get very excited.
