There are plenty of Noodle and Ramen all over not mention the huge variety of home prep noodle dishes available at my local Asian supermarkets. I love the Misu bowls most often. With basic Ramen and a nearby Asian market, the sky's the limit.

That broth is amazing. For hours, they boil the pork hock and trotters until the fat and collagen breakdown and the broth becomes milky white, slightly sticky... wow!
No wonder I cannot duplicated the broth at home!
