Feliz día a todas las féminas trabajadoras,emprendedoras y hermosas que forman parte de @ladiesofhive,les traigo mi nueva participación en esta iniciativa que me ha puesto a pensar en tantas cosas,quiero felicitarlas por los temas que nos traen son muy llamativos y atractivos algunos me han remontado a recuerdos y otros a experiencias de mi vida ,en conclusión puedo identificarme conmigo misma.

Hoy quiero dar mi opinión en la pregunta numero dos: Hay muchas cosas en el mundo que son crueles,injustas o no lo son,¿Que te rompe el corazón y como tratarías de cambiar el mal si pudieras hacer algo al respecto?
Existen muchos problemas a nivel mundial que afectan de manera considerable a los habitantes,algunos se han podido mediar a través de diferentes medidas que se han puesto en practica,pero existen otros que a pesar de lo anterior continúan existiendo y cada vez se acrecientan mas,este es el caso de la Infancia Abandonada o Desprotegida,si hay algo que me parte el corazón,me conmueve y hasta llego a sentir rabia es ver a los niños de la calle solos y totalmente desprotegidos,siendo este una problemática presente en muchos países, hasta los momentos todavía no se a logrado erradicar,realizando la lectura pude ver un informe mundial publicado por Save The Children,que habla sobre la existencia de 172 países donde los derechos de la infancia son vulnerados y donde se hace presente la infancia abandonada.
Ahora bien, quiero hablarles sobre la situación que se presenta en mi país Venezuela donde la infancia abandonada,desprotegida o maltratada (porque todos estos sustantivos entran dentro de este escenario),ha estado presente desde hace muchos años y en la actualidad se ha visto aumentada debido a la actual crisis económica,social,institucional y de todos los niveles,donde se evidencia en las calles niños dedicados a pedir limosnas,mal vestidos,descalzos y sucios,en otras ocasiones parecen mendigos recogiendo residuos de comidas en mercados y negocios ,a veces también se observan tocando puertas por puertas para pedir comida,ropa o zapatos,muchos de estos niños a veces viven con padres o un familiar que los explota o están solos y lo peor es que sino se les atiende a tiempo pueden llegar hacer futuros delincuentes juveniles consecuencia de la deplorable vida que han tenido,cosa que me parte el alma, como trabajador social que soy, es una de las situaciones a las que me debo no solo como profesional sino también, como persona me afecta ver tal calamidad en la que viven estos pobres niños.
En mi país existe todo un basamento legal dirigido al bienestar de la familia,como al niño entre los cuales se encuentran la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela,la ley Orgánica de Protección al Niño,Niña y Adolescente y la ley de Protección a la Familia,la maternidad y la paternidad,así como también existen instituciones dirigidas a salvaguardar y proteger a la infancia de nuestro país como la UNICEF,Consejo Nacional de la Niñez y Adolescente,Sistema Nacional de Protección Integral.
Reflexionando un poco,si existe la normativa y las instituciones para el cumplimiento de los derechos del niño y la protección del mismo porque se hace presente la infancia abandonada en nuestro país;es allí donde yo trataría de solucionar esta problemática de la siguiente manera:
Primero realizaría un estudio de cada familia de donde provienen los niños para verificar si fueron abandonados o son utilizados como trabajadores de la calle,generaría empleos para los padres,y comenzaría con la construcción de viviendas urbanas con facilidad de pagos para para ubicar las familias desprotegidas,o con baja calidad de vida a donde pertenecen los niños,también se pueden abrir comedores populares donde los niños puedan acudir y escuelas destinadas para ellos con servicios de Departamento de Salud Y Bienestar Estudiantil destinados a orientar y hacer seguimiento de la problemática que presenten,muy importantes seria la creación de instituciones que alberguen a los niños desprotegidos o abandonados que les puedan brindar mejores condiciones de salud,alimentación y educación,que puedan ser colocados en familias sustitutas si es el caso y llevar seguimiento y control hasta la mayoría de edad para que se puedan integrar al mercado laboral.
También pondría en practica toda la normativa establecida que beneficie a esta población,movilizando las instituciones respectivas,e invirtiendo el presupuesto necesario para acabar con tan lamentable flagelo que agobia a muchos niños en mi país,y que gran satisfacción sentiría poder ver una sonrisa en el rostro de cada niño,ademas de forjarles un mejor porvenir lleno de alegrías y felicidad.

Today I want to give my opinion on question number two: There are many things in the world that are cruel, unjust or not, what breaks your heart and how would you try to change the evil if you could do something about it?
There are many problems worldwide that affect people in a considerable way, some have been mediated through various measures that have been put into practice, but there are others that despite the above continue to exist and are increasing more and more, this is the case of abandoned or unprotected children, if there is something that breaks my heart, If there is something that breaks my heart, moves me and even makes me feel rage, it is to see street children alone and totally unprotected, being this a problem present in many countries, until now it has not been eradicated, while reading I could see a world report published by Save The Children, which talks about the existence of 172 countries where the rights of children are violated and where abandoned children are present.
Now, I want to talk about the situation in my country Venezuela where abandoned, unprotected or abused children (because all these nouns fall within this scenario), has been present for many years and today has been increased due to the current economic, social, institutional and all levels, where it is evident in the streets children engaged in begging, poorly dressed, barefoot and dirty, at other times look like beggars collecting food waste in markets and businesses, Many of these children sometimes live with parents or a relative who exploits them or they are alone and the worst thing is that if they are not taken care of in time they can become future juvenile delinquents as a result of the deplorable life they have had, something that breaks my soul, as a social worker I am, is one of the situations to which I owe myself not only as a professional but also as a person, it affects me to see such calamity in which these poor children live.
In my country there is a whole legal basis aimed at the welfare of the family and the child among which are the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Organic Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents and the Law for the Protection of the Family, motherhood and fatherhood, as well as institutions aimed at safeguarding and protecting the children of our country as UNICEF, National Council of Children and Adolescents, National System of Comprehensive Protection.
Reflecting a little, if there are regulations and institutions for the fulfillment of the rights of the child and the protection of the same why is present abandoned childhood in our country; it is there where I would try to solve this problem in the following way:
First I would carry out a study of each family where the children come from to verify if they were abandoned or are used as street workers,I would generate jobs for the parents,and I would start with the construction of urban housing with easy payments to locate the unprotected families,or with low quality of life where the children belong, Also we can open soup kitchens where children can go and schools for them with services of Health and Student Welfare Department to guide and monitor the problems they present, very important would be the creation of institutions that house unprotected or abandoned children that can provide them with better health conditions, food and education, which can be placed in foster families if necessary and follow up and control until the age of majority so they can be integrated into the labor market.
I would also put into practice all the regulations established to benefit this population, mobilizing the respective institutions, and investing the necessary budget to end this unfortunate scourge that burdens many children in my country, and what a great satisfaction I would feel to see a smile on the face of every child, besides forging a better future full of joy and happiness.
