We are proposing our community members and anyone interested to join us this week and do a post that answers the following question 👇

Women's health is a critical topic, given that women face specific health challenges throughout their lives. According to the World Health Organization, women's health encompasses a wide range of issues, including reproductive health, maternal health, mental health and non-communicable diseases such as cancer and heart disease

Here are some suggestions to help those creative minds:

  • A FEW SUGGESTIONS HERE

  1. Create a personal essay about your experience with menstrual cramps and how you have learned to cope with them over time.
  2. Give us your a how-to guide for managing menstrual cramps, including tips for alleviating pain and discomfort.
  3. You can write a fictional story about a young woman who discovers a magical remedy for her severe menstrual cramps.
  4. Craft a research-based article exploring the various causes of menstrual cramps and the best treatments for each type.
  5. Compose a letter to a younger sister or friend or even a younger you offering advice on how to deal with menstrual cramps and reassuring her that she is not alone in her experience.
  6. Give us a poem that captures the physical and emotional sensations of menstrual cramps.
  7. Go Holistic, you can give us natural remedies you know works for menstrual cramps, including herbs, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
  8. Do you keep a menstrual diary,you can make a diary-style entry chronicling your experience with menstrual cramps over the course of a month, tell us about the pain severity and duration, as well as your attempts to manage it.
  9. Make an argument for greater awareness and support for people who experience menstrual cramps especially in schools and workplace citing statistics on the prevalence of the condition and the impact it can have on quality of life and relationships.
