For example, in the suitcase of my car, apart from other things, I had to carry a suitcase with clothes, hygiene articles and sheets, because on many occasions we went out and stayed with friends and family; I say "had to" because I had to take them out because everything is impregnated with the smell of gasoline and in particular it gives me a headache.

Now, seriously speaking and going into context, if I had to decide only ONE thing that is vital, really important that I ALWAYS carry with me, it would be: "My KEYS".

Importance of my KEYS

My grandmother always said: "Our heart rest happiness in our home" and there is nothing truer in these words; everything that can be guarded with the combination of a small metal device, is part of us, is important and therefore we take care of everything inside, including our loved ones and ourselves.

Our keys indicate that we have a door to open without having to ask for permission, it is part of our life and that inside that door we can feel safe, no matter if it is a rented room or house, a relative's, our own, or if they are the keys to our car or our office, we can get everywhere even if we have no resources and then solve everything that has arisen.

It is possible that sometimes we may lose our mobile phone, our wallet, our bottle of water or our food, but everything changes when we are sure that we have a place to go at a given moment.

Leader or Follower

Our second question indicates whether we are people with the characteristics of leaders or followers. Well, I would say that I have been part of both situations; to be good leaders, we must be followers of people who influence us, we must learn to manage circumstances and be prepared by the best examples.

I remember on one occasion, a colleague corrected me on a word that he had written incorrectly, at that time, I was a trainee and one thing I knew was that I was right, the boss was listening on the side and when he corrected me, very politely, I got up, went to the small library and looked for the dictionary, I looked up the word and showed it without much importance, to which the colleague became red with annoyance and did not want me to correct him, my boss demanded that he give me an apology in public.
The next day, my boss spent two hours a day in orientation and training on my duties and I learned in such a way that it was the basis for me to love what I love even more.

I learned everything that was necessary for my functions to be carried out in a complete and safe manner, to the point that I was able to teach; I learned that the study of a career is important when it comes to protecting our interests when they are violated in one way or another, education makes us leaders, the important thing is that this leadership is conscientious, equitable, setting an example, supporting and safeguarding the human talent that follows us.

I have rejected relevant positions because our interests change and we have to give way to new generations who give their all, support them and teach them to do things well, from a calm perspective and in accordance with the established processes, following the law to avoid inconveniences; I believe that helping others to grow is also part of being leaders.

Hola mis queridas amigas de Ladies of Hive, es un placer poder volver a participar en la iniciativa de esta semana y ante todo, quiero darle mis felicitaciones a las bellas ganadoras de la semana pasada: @chaodietas, @dreemsteem, @kemmyb, @lynnnguyen, @missdonna, mujeres que son ejemplo de constancia y buena energía a la hora de inspirarnos con sus publicaciones.

Si le preguntan a un hombre que es lo mas importante que lleva consigo al momento de salir, sin duda alguna te responderá una o máximo dos cosas; sin embargo no pasa así cuando realizas la misma pregunta a una dama; nos paseamos entre lo que necesitamos y lo que pudiésemos necesitar, vivimos un ritmo mas acelerado, no es solo el día a día, es pensar en el mañana y ello nos puede llevar a vivir en estrés.

Por ejemplo, en la maleta de mi carro, aparte de otras cosas, iba de manera obligada un maletín con ropa, artículos de higiene y sábanas, porque en muchas oportunidades salíamos y nos quedábamos donde amigos y familiares; digo "iba" porque tuve que sacarlas por el tema de que todo queda impregnado con el olor a gasolina y en lo particular me da dolor de cabeza.

Ahora, hablando en serio y entrando en contexto, si me ponen a decidir UNA sola cosa que sea vital, realmente importante que SIEMPRE llevo conmigo, serían: "Mis LLAVES".

Importancia de mis LLAVES

Mi abuela siempre decía: "Nuestro corazón reposa feliz en nuestro hogar" y no hay nada mas cierto en estas palabras; todo lo que pueda estar resguardado con la combinación de un pequeño dispositivo de metal, forma parte de nosotros, es importante y por ende cuidamos de todo lo que se encuentra dentro, incluido nuestros seres queridos y nosotros mismos.

Nuestras llaves indican que tenemos una puerta que abrir sin necesidad de pedir permiso, forma parte de nuestra vida y que dentro de esa puerta podemos sentirnos seguros, no importa si es una habitación o vivienda alquilado, de un familiar, propia, o que sean las llaves de nuestro vehículo o nuestra oficina, podemos llegar a todas partes inclusive si no tenemos recursos y después solventar todo lo que se haya presentado.

Es posible que en ocasiones se nos quede el celular, la cartera, la botella de agua o nuestros alimentos, pero, todo cambia cuando tenemos la certeza que tenemos donde llegar en un momento determinado.

Líder o Seguidor

Nuestra segunda pregunta nos indica si somos personas con características de lideres o seguidores. Pues bien, yo diría que he formado parte de ambas situaciones; para ser buenos lideres, debemos ser seguidores de personas que influyan en nosotros, debemos aprender a manejar circunstancias y estar preparados por los mejores ejemplos.

Recuerdo en una oportunidad, un colega me hizo una corrección en una palabra que él había escrito de manera incorrecta, en ese entonces, yo era una aprendiz y una cosa que si sabía era que yo tenía la razón, el jefe estaba escuchando a un lado y cuando el señor me corrigió, con mucha educación, me levanté, fui a la pequeña biblioteca y busque el diccionario, busqué la palabra y la mostré sin mayor importancia, a lo que el colega se puso rojo de molestia y no quiso que le corrigiera, mi jefe, le exigió que me diera una disculpa en público.
Al día siguiente, mi jefe dedicaba dos horas al día en orientación y capacitación de funciones que me correspondía y aprendí de tal manera, que fue la base para amar aún mas lo que me gusta.

Aprendí todo lo que era necesario para que mis funciones se realizaran de manera cabal y con seguridad, al punto que pude dar clases; aprendí que el estudio de una carrera es importante a la hora de proteger nuestros intereses cuando se vean de una u otra forma violentados, la educación nos hace líderes, lo importante es que ese liderazgo sea con consciencia, equitativa, dar el ejemplo, apoyar y resguardar el talento humano que nos sigue.

A medida que han pasado los años, ya veo el liderazgo laboral de otra forma, he rechazado puestos relevantes por el hecho que nuestros intereses cambian y hay que dar paso a nuevas generaciones que den el todo, apoyarles y enseñarles a hacer bien las cosas, desde una perspectiva serena y acorde a los procesos establecidos, apegados a la Ley para evitar inconvenientes; creo que ayudar a crecer a otros también forma parte de ser lideres.
