Hello friends of the Ladies of Hive community, I have resumed my publications on the platform and I am pleased to participate in this contest, regarding the first question, have you considered taking martial arts or self-defense classes, the truth is I have never thought about it, I am not interested in martial arts to practice them, I do not like violence, I am a peaceful person, although it is true that we must be prepared for everything given the dangers or threats, which can be anywhere, sincerely my instincts will come out at the time, I hope it is not necessary.

Regarding the second question, what is your guaranteed cure for dealing with the stresses and frustrations of the day?
This question fell like a glove, I identify myself and I tell them because, like the vast majority of people given the pandemic, I found on the internet
people given the pandemic, I found on the internet sources of generating income from home; since I was young I have liked to exercise, however for a few months I began to neglect this aspect and online work that I enjoy by the way began to absorb me.
Debemos evitar caer en el sedentarismo,el ejercicio es fundamental.
As a result of my neglect of exercise, not eating at the right times and abusing foods that contain a lot of fat, which I should not do because I suffer from high cholesterol, which is congenital and I must always monitor it, I had a hypertensive crisis, which meant pressure in the head, dizziness, general malaise, which led me to visit the doctor, constantly monitoring my blood pressure.
I explain all this because the crisis that has arisen worldwide by this pandemic of COVID19 has plunged us into a constant stress, worrying about the blessed disease, praying that it does not affect us or any family member, coupled with this we must survive, in my case in my country Venezuela, it is even worse, we struggle against a rampant inflation that consumes us every day.

However our bodies collapse under so much stress and make us a call for attention, which is why in my case I have returned to my old routine, I do morning walks, in fact they are recommended by my doctor, I live for my fortune near the sea, a blessing, I share this activity with my husband, we take the opportunity to talk, we have 2 pre teenage children who demand our attention and these moments are unique for us.
Being in contact with this beautiful seascape, relaxes me, allows me to release stress, I have always been a jocular person, I like to make jokes, I like to laugh, always see the positive things, because the negative, by God who wants it, so my dear friends, release that stress, do not stop doing sports, whichever you prefer, it is important for our physical and emotional health.

Creo que ha aumentado la tasa de mujeres que practican la autodefensa y el entrenamiento marcial. Esto se debe a que la violencia en nuestra sociedad, especialmente contra las mujeres, también ha aumentado. No tengo esa formación, pero no me importará conseguir una.
Perdón por tu problema de salud. La pandemia dificulta las cosas, pero me alegra que esté haciendo ejercicio y cuidando de sí mismo. Recuerde, ¡la salud es riqueza! ¡Seguid así! 🙂

It is ironic that now that I have the skills and knowledge to defend myself I have yet to resort to using them. One skill taught me is Situational Awareness in assessment of potential danger and tactics to avoid being targeted for assault, it helped me avoid confrontations on 2 occasions.
Regular exercise does wonders in relieving stress and provide many benefits.
