Greetings to all ladies of Hive. Sending my thanks to @trangbaby for bringing up these topics for we women to talk about.
Being a successful woman takes lots of hard work, determination, passion and aspiration to get there. To be a successful woman, one doesn't have to fold one's hands. I will like to share a scenario, am from a state where successful women are being ridiculed and made laughing stocks, people don't value it when a woman becomes successful. I'm glad that still we women in the community did not let people's attitude towards us to sweep in our efforts under the carpet. Instead,it drives us to do whatever positive things it take to be successful. I can proudly say that women in my society are almost in same level with the opposite gender. I can say boldly that is an achievement for us in the community.

I heard a story from a friend of mine how a lady was so successful,that she built mansions, established many people,empowered the youths and provided for those in need. All these Goodwill deeds came totally from this woman's heart with no expectations.
Many people in the society tagged the "woman a ritualist" , "how can she be that successful without any man by her side as husband". Some said "she is a harlot",they called her all sorts of names without even asking her the secret to her success.
TRAITS OF A SUCCESSFUL WOMAN
✓✓SHE COMMANDS RESPECT
For me, I believe that a successful woman commands respect. Still taking example from the shared scenario above of a successful lady, regardless of the rumors being spread about her; people both young, old, everybody in the community give her the respect that she deserves. So, successful women have this batch of respect attached to their name, life and everything that concerns them.
✓✓SHE HAS MISSIONS TO ACCOMPLISH
A successful woman has a mission of what she wants to accomplish, what she want to do, what she wants the world to see. In order for her to achieve this mission, she is always focused. Successful woman is always focused. Emphasis on FOCUS. Derailing attracts failure and a successful woman does not entertain DISTRACTION in her dictionary.
✓✓ A SUCCESSFUL WOMAN IS INDUSTRIOUS
She puts lots of effort into everything she does. She doesn't lag behind in achieving anything in life. She works consistently to show that everything that needs perfection is perfected. She is always very productive.
✓✓ SUCCESSFUL WOMEN HAVE CONFIDENCE
She have full belief in herself. She doesn't need anyone to tell her she deserves this or that because she already knows she deserves it. She believes she can achieve anything she wants to achieve.
SUCCESSFUL WOMEN ARE OPTIMISTIC
She is always positive,she doesn't believe in impossibilities, she tries and hopes even if it's seems difficult. She looks at brighter side of things. She sees what others are doutful about in a better view.
Successful women are making strong waves in societies, countries around the globe. It encourages other women to do good, those doing good to do better and those doing better to do their utmost best.

That's sad to hear that a successful women in your part is mocked at. Such a shame on the society where the male ego is boosted and a woman is put down. You have very well defined the traits of a successful woman
It's like that here, but my gladness is that we women are standing firm refusing to them these sink us.
