Simón Díaz o Tío Simón
Simón Díaz or Tío Simón was a Venezuelan singer, musician, composer, poet, humorist, cartoonist and businessman, one of the greatest musical exponents that Venezuela has had.
He was distinguished with the Order of the Liberator in his Order of Great Cordon, which is the highest decoration awarded by the Venezuelan state, becoming the only national artist to have been imposed, in 2000 he was nominated for the Grammy Award for best traditional album Latin. In 2008, he was awarded the Latin Grammy for Career, thanks to the application from an Internet portal where signatures were collected for that award.

It is a typical dish based on corn from Venezuela, Cachapa is a typical Venezuelan dish very similar to pancakes or fine cakes, only they are made of very, very tender ground corn (jojoto).
They have a sweet flavor and are almost always filled with butter and with queso de mano, telita cheese or with Guiana cheese. They are traditionally made on a budare or cast iron plate. However, today Teflon pans are used, a Venezuelan delicacy.

My favorite story is Mulan
The main character is mulam, a young only daughter of Fa Zhou, a former soldier. The Chinese army has waged a war against the Huns, so the emperor requests that one man from each family go to fight in the war. In Mulan's family, the only man is her father, therefore, he will be the one who must serve China. Mulan objects to this decision because she knows that due to her health, her father will not survive. Mulan decides to pretend to be a man, she will run away from home and join the army
One of the most important messages is that, despite being a woman dressed as a man; she in the end she achieves the same goals and challenges of a warrior. Something that little by little society has fought for it; equality between men and women
The story character is my mom is one of my greatest examples because despite the loss of my dad, his best friend and right hand man, he managed to get back on his feet, for me and my sister. My mother is always accompanying us giving us her love and teaching us that life always has difficult moments, but from these you can learn and become stronger. Today we are more united than ever supporting each other, and always trying to see the positive side of all.

Of all fairy tales perhaps Mulan, I most identify with yet she is based on an actual historical figure.
