Mamma mía is a film about an independent single mother who owns a small hotel on an idyllic Greek island, Donna, who prepares for the day of the marriage of her daughter Sophie, who she raised completely alone. For the celebration of her marriage, Donna invited her two best friends of her life, Rosie and Tanya. But it turns out that Sophie, by her side, has secretly invited three guests.
Without leaving music aside: this plot is linked through one of the soundtracks that I like the most and make my heart beat, through the songs of the legendary British group ABBA. These songs have marked me since I was little, because I grew up listening to these songs since my mother always played them so they take me back to my childhood.
What I like most about this musical is that through the dances they express the emotions that each of the songs transmits, making them cry, laugh, dance, and above all enjoy the film.
Another thing that I love about this film is the country where it was made, because seeing my mom for me is like traveling to a Greek paradise, a place I've always wanted to travel to.

This is the recipe that my grandmother made for special events like birthdays and Mother's Day, and it's one of my favorite foods.
ingredientes:
4 unidades de Tomate
½ unidad de Pimentón rojo
½ unidad de Cebolla
2 dientes de Ajo
1 cucharada sopera de Orégano
1 pizca de Sal
500 gramos de Carne molida
200 gramos de Queso mozarella
1 paquete de Láminas de pasta precocida (para lasaña o pasticho)
1 cucharada sopera de Comino
Salsa Bechamel
4 cucharadas soperas de Harina de trigo
4 cucharadas soperas de Mantequilla
1 cucharadita de Nuez moscada
1 pizca de Sal
1 vaso de Leche
4 units of Tomato
½ unit of red paprika
½ unit of Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 pinch of salt
500 grams of ground beef
200 grams of Mozarella cheese
1 package of precooked pasta sheets (for lasagna or pasticho)
1 tablespoon of Cumin
Bechamel sauce
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
1 pinch of salt
1 glass of milk
The first step to make my grandmother's famous pasticho is to make the becham sauce, mix all the ingredients over the fire and stir constantly until you get a slightly thick sauce and reserve
the tomato sauce. To do this, first cut the tomatoes finely or in brunoise, which are tiny squares. Also cut the rest of the vegetables. The onion and the paprika finely and the garlic in sheets. Set aside a couple of pieces of paprika
Heat a frying pan with oil and make a sauce of tomato, onion, pepper and garlic. Do not add any salt. After a few minutes, add the oregano and ground cumin. Stir well and mix the spices in the sauce.
When the sauce is ready, leave a small part of it in the pan to make the meat. Take the rest to the blender and blend with the reserved pieces of paprika and the fried tomato.
Place the sauce in a pot and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Check the seasoning and add salt or sugar if you consider it necessary. Sugar is used to reduce the acidity of the tomato.
To make the meat, add this to the pan where the rest of the sauce is without crushing and cook medium heat. Stir well and continue cooking until the meat is done. Check the seasoning and correct if necessary
With all the preparations ready, what now is to assemble the pasticho. To do this, place a first layer of bechamel sauce and a couple of butter nuts in a pyrex or special baking dish, as seen in the photo.
Then place the pasta sheets. Leave about a finger gap between each sheet. The Venezuelan pasticho is very juicy so take care of the spaces.
Now it is the turn of the meat, add a tablespoon of meat on each of the pasta sheets.
To finish the first layer of the meat pasticho, add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and top with a little cheese.
Cover this first layer with other pasta sheets and repeat the operation until all the ingredients are finished. Remember to keep the separations and be generous with the bechamel sauce.
