Mis queridas Damas de #Hive, leí en su publicación "WINNERS: Ladies of Hive Contest #90", que van a descansar esta actividad durante una semana (10 al 16 de julio), pero que seguirán recibiendo artículos sobre temas varios, relativos a la mujer y su empoderamiento, por ello:
1 -Felicito a las ganadoras del Concurso #90: @fiatgirl, @lilianajimenez, @ngwinndave y @occupy-mars; así como a las menciones especiales: @carolinacardoza, @metzli, @soyalex, @suezoe, @yenmendt y @zellypearl, por sus excelentes publicaciones en este concurso y a todas y cada una de las participantes que cada semana apoyan este programa de promoción y empoderamiento de las mujeres, e igualmente felicito a los caballeros que brindan su apoyo con su solidaridad y comentarios.
2 -Hago llegar mi enhorabuena a las coordinadoras de #ladiesofhive, por su esfuerzo constante para mantener motivada la creatividad de las damas de #Hive y hacer crecer esta importante comunidad. En verdad, valoro muchísimo su trabajo a favor del papel de la mujer en el mundo, tanto virtual como físico.

El arte de ser MUJER.
Nací niña, crecí y me convertí en mujer y manifiesto mi orgullo de ser mujer. Como toda mujer conocí algunas limitaciones de género en una sociedad que mantiene prejuicios ancestrales. Aunque muchas cosas se han superado en el curso de la historia, quedan muchas por ser superadas.
Mi experiencia de vida enmarca muchos positivos: hogar estable, con una madre autoritaria que supo ablandarse y un padre con tendencia machista (como la mayoría de su generación) que supo amoldarse al cambio de los tiempos y a los nuevos roles de la mujer moderna. Ellos entendieron que ser mujer es ser una luminosa estrella que puede brillar profesional y humanamente y me impulsaron y apoyaron en mis estudios y mis experiencias laborales.
The art of being a WOMAN.
I was born a girl, I grew up and became a woman and I express my pride in being a woman. Like all women, I knew some gender limitations in a society that maintains ancestral prejudices. Although many things have been overcome in the course of history, much remains to be overcome.
My life experience frames many positives: a stable home, with an authoritarian mother who knew how to soften and a father with a macho tendency (like most of his generation) who knew how to adapt to the change of times and to the new roles of modern women. They understood that being a woman is being a bright star that can shine professionally and humanly and they encouraged and supported me in my studies and my work experiences.
Ser mujer hoy y en todos los tiempos, es promesa de amor. Pero no sólo el amor que se refiere a las promesas matrimoniales, sino al amor en su más amplio sentido: a los hijos, la familia, el entorno, la naturaleza, a la humanidad, a Dios. Un amor que vi hecho realidad viviente en mi madre, promesa de amor cumplido. Mujer que cabalgó entre dos siglos y evolucionó, pero nunca abandonó el eje del amor.
Ser mujer es también sentir alegría de vivir. Es no negarse los momentos de felicidad que la vida ofrece. Es compartir y transmitir esa alegría.
Being a woman today and at all times is a promise of love. But not only the love that refers to marriage promises, but to love in its broadest sense: to children, family, environment, nature, humanity, God. A love that I saw become a living reality in my mother, a promise of fulfilled love. Woman who rode between two centuries and evolved, but she never abandoned the axis of love.
Being a woman is also feeling the joy of living. It is not denying yourself the moments of happiness that life offers. It is sharing and transmitting that joy.

Es guerrera vencedora o perdedora, si gana, seguirá adelante robustecida; si pierde seguirá adelante con la experiencia ganada y más precavida.
The woman, not the weaker sex, is the warrior who fights a thousand battles every day, as a couple, as a mother, as a daughter, as a worker, as a student, as a friend. She is a warrior winner or loser, if she wins, she will go forward strengthened; if she loses she will move on with the experience gained and more cautious.
Mujer es sinónimo de abrazos y caricias, es sinónimo del hombro en el que reclinar el cansancio o el fracaso o un desamor.
Es también sinónimo de diversidad, porque las figuras femeninas desfilan en el mercado laboral en toda la multiplicidad de quehaceres que ofrece la vida moderna, a pesar de las resistencias que se encuentran.

Woman is synonymous with hugs and caresses, it is synonymous with the shoulder on which to rest fatigue or failure or heartbreak.It is also synonymous with diversity, because female figures parade in the labor market in all the multiplicity of tasks that modern life offers, despite the resistance they encounter.Being a woman is a pleasant or painful fact depending on the experiences that life has presented us, but it is always an opportunity to recreate oneself, finding the best of oneself, and being happy.
