You're absolutely right. Sometimes we punish ourselves thinking that saying 'enough' is an act of selfishness, when in reality, it's an act of survival. It took me time to understand that I can't take care of anyone if I don't protect my own peace first. Thank you for reminding me that the path is forward, without unnecessary burdens.
