All except last-mentioned category run "50%-and-above," where women tend to remain home makers. How are things structured in your home?
That's very true that when you are working in a job or have a business you do have some level of stress, and your mental health gets impacted. I have no job stress now, because I have my own consulting work and I do it at my pace, but there are times when I get under stress on my Airbnb business. Especially when some damage happens at the property or guests feel unhappy and unsatisfied over certain matters. In an Airbnb business there are ups and downs, not all clients are same. But mindfully I make it a point to not let it impact me beyond a point. Whatever problem is I try to sort it out and then it's the end of it. In the initial stages I would get very hyper, but now I do understand it is all part and parcel of the business, so I kind of take it easy and at times even ignore the matters.
If stress comes from one particular work, then over a period of time you know how to deal with it and that's what is happening with me now. I try to stay calm as much as possible and let the moment pass. I engage myself in some activity to get over it or sometimes go for a nice long walk, which refreshes my mood. For me nature is the best therapy. I step out and it feels better.
In my home, both my boys, hubby and son are ever willing to help me in all the house chores, but I refuse their help in most of the house chores. The reason being I am never satisfied with their work. If they would do something then I would redo it, so it is a hilarious situation in my home. Hubby does cook, so that's one area I do not interfere, because I know I am not very good at it and he is the expert so I leave it to him. Cleaning is my area and I do not like anyone interfering in it.
In my home there are no gender-based roles, whether it is about earning or taking care of the home. We all do everything based on our expertise. And when it comes to finances it is majorly hubby taking care of it. I do earn but that is more for myself, which I spend the way I desire. Whatever I earn, I majorly save it for our family holidays and celebrations. So it's not like I am not involved in taking up any financial responsibility of the home. Yes, it is a blessing to have such a home, where I am not struggling over any of these matters and everything is a choice for me as well as for him. Right from the beginning of our marriage it has been that way. Wherever we have struggled, we have preferred to take help so that it does not burden either one of us.

In business, we really can’t please everyone because people have different preferences. Some are extremely satisfied with the service we provide, while others still find it lacking. I completely agree with what you said, it’s better to just ignore some of them, because if we try to please everyone, our mental health will definitely be affected.
True, in life also it's the same, we cannot please everyone and sometimes we have to just let it pass

There are very few house chores that my mum won't make me do, even those it's because I lack the necessary skills to get it done to her satisfaction lol. In my view, I like getting house chores done as it is a way to disconnect from my mind/emotions and engage with practical reality. Sometimes, also a good time to have conversations about day to day stuffs.
I guess, most of the females are like that, once they get used to doing things in a certain way, which is typically their way, they do not like interference. It's about choice then and not compulsion, so we enjoy doing it.
No need stressing ourselves over things we know there are other ways we can get out of the stress i like how you manage your house chores loving it 😊

Learning to manage stress and maintain tranquility is important, especially when every client at work is different. And taking a nice walk is also great—what better way to revitalize yourself than enjoying nature? It's funny about your two kids, haha.
