It is worth it, to spend a little extra and give safe environment to the child. For my Son, when he was enrolled in the nursery class, the very first year of his school journey, the teacher there tormented him. He had started speaking late and this was the time when he had started speaking sentences, the teacher was so hard on him that he stopped talking completely, even at home. I had to withdraw him from the school and put him in a special nursery that dealt with speech issues for children. Same here, for that time it was lot of money for me, but I had to do it. Now he is a superstar.
