Hello @ladiesofhive community. First of all, happy new year to the ladies of Hive and may the energies be with us this year. Two excellent concerns cover us this week summarizing the first: what lifestyle plans have you made for 2023? And the second, what plans have you made to stay within budgets? Let's see what we can find in these future plans.
What lifestyle plans have you made for 2023?
Evaluating objectives for 2023 in which I must work, it is 5 years in the blockchain learning and obtaining profits. This drop in cryptocurrencies turned many away from this path, because beliefs were spread and they were sold the idea of becoming a millionaire, but everything fell apart.
It is at this time that we refine our accounts and set goals again, it is natural to want to try everything again. Luckily I do not depend solely on the world of cryptocurrencies, I have a job of more than 8 hours working in a family business and I have the replacement generation. Fresh minds that have taken the reins of the company, absorbing the service and updating the field.
My plans are still to stay active working as long as possible, something like dying with my boots on. Although at work I no longer charge refrigerator compressors or air conditioning, I do more work accompanying my niece and my son.
Are you going to visit friends and family more regularly?
I have a few relatives without seeing them and physically hugging them since the pandemic began and I keep in touch with them through WhatsApp, I see their statuses and with that I know they are fine. I particularly believe that the mask will stay for a long time, because I see the news that the covid continues and I do not want to expose myself or expose them to that danger.
Our meetings have remained only in photographs and beautiful memories, many young relatives have left the country looking for a new future. Like many Venezuelan families we are separated by great distances.
What plans have you made to stay within budgets?
Every day I have to buy fewer products and sacrifice some in the budget, the ones that are affected the most are the fruits that I love. Being able to search for better prices requires time and walking further. I recently sold the car, it was stopped due to a lack of spare parts and a friend wanted to buy it, I asked my niece to invest it in spare parts for the company, it simply made sense to have inventory to be able to sell.

Over the past couple of years of not seeing loved ones, has your attitude altered rather to face the future visiting and caring for each other as was previously done, being by the side of those requiring help, the young desperately needing extended families, meeting to encourage natural immunities, or whatever life throws our way?

2️⃣ With Inflation hitting most countries, what plans have you made to keep within budgets? Are you armed with information before doing your grocery shopping, paying insurance bills, and utility bills? All is ever increasing, except earnings, where many obtain no inflationary increase — or worst still, not earning an income.

Hola comunidad de @ladiesofhive. Ante todo feliz año a las damas de Hive y que éste año las energías nos acompañen. Dos excelentes inquietudes nos abarcan esta semana resumiendo la primera: ¿qué planes de estilo de vida has hecho para 2023? Y la segunda ¿qué planes ha hecho para mantenerse dentro de los presupuestos? Vamos a ver que podemos encontrar en estos planes a futuro.
¿Qué planes de estilo de vida has hecho para 2023?
Evaluando objetivos para 2023 en los que debo trabajar, son 5 años en la blockchain aprendiendo y obteniendo ganancias. Esta bajada de las criptomonedas, aparto a muchos de este camino, porque se difundieron creencias y les vendieron la idea de hacerse millonario, pero todo se vino a menos.
Es en esta época donde afinamos nuestras cuentas y volvemos a plantearnos objetivos, es algo natural el querer volver a intentarlo todo. Por suerte no dependo solamente del mundo de las criptomonedas, tengo un trabajo de más de 8 horas al trabajar en una empresa familiar y cuento con la generación de relevo. Mentes frescas que han tomado las riendas de la compañia absorbiendo el servicio y actualizando el ramo.
Mis planes siguen siendo mantenerme activa trabajando el mayor tiempo posible, algo así como morir con las botas puestas. Aunque en el trabajo ya no cargo compresores de nevera, ni de aires acondicionado hago más un trabajo de acompañamiento a mi sobrina y a mi hijo.
¿Vas a visitar a amigos y familiares con más regularidad?
Tengo unos cuantos parientes sin verlos y abrazarlos físicamente desde que empezo la pandemia y me mantengo en contacto con ellos por whatsapp, veo sus estados y con eso se que estan bien. Particularmente creo que el tapabocas se quedará por mucho tiempo, porque veo las noticias que el covid continua y no deseo exponerme, ni exponerlos a ese peligro.
Nuestras reuniones han quedado solo en fotografías y bonitos recuerdos, muchos parientes jovenes se han ido del país buscando un nuevo futuro. Como muchas familias venezolanas estamos separados por grandes distancias.
¿Qué planes ha hecho para mantenerse dentro de los presupuestos?
Cada día tengo que comprar menos productos y sacrificar algunos en el presupuesto, la que más se ven afectadas son las frutas que me encantan. Tener la posibilidad de buscar mejores precios requiere tiempo y caminar más lejos. Hace poco vendí el carro, estaba parado por falta de repuestos y un amigo quiso comprarlo, le pedí a mi sobrina que lo invirtiera en repuestos para la empresa, simplemente tenía lógica tener inventario para poder vender.

En los últimos dos años de no ver a sus seres queridos, ¿ha cambiado su actitud para enfrentar el futuro visitándose y cuidándose unos a otros como se hacía anteriormente, estando al lado de aquellos que requieren ayuda, los jóvenes que necesitan desesperadamente familias extensas, reuniéndose para fomentar las inmunidades naturales, o cualquier cosa que la vida nos presente?

2 Con la inflación golpeando a la mayoría de los países, ¿qué planes ha hecho para mantenerse dentro de los presupuestos? ¿Está armado con información antes de hacer sus compras de comestibles, pagar facturas de seguros y facturas de servicios públicos? Todo está en constante aumento, excepto las ganancias, donde muchos no obtienen un aumento inflacionario, o peor aún, no obtienen ingresos.

Running a family business teaching the next generation means you have a reasonable amount of contact all the time within the family, good to hear those further afield keep contact.

Si la empresa tiene 59 años de fundada yo tenia 3 años cuando la formaron y ya va por lo nietos su manejo. Depender de las criptomonedas no es en este momento una buena opción por su bajada. Aqui en Venezuela un pais petrolero hay colas para comprar en las gasolineras subsidiadas, asi que decir no hay gasolina no es correcto en las otras estaciones hay en dolares caros. Que bueno es que te mantengas activa en una empresa familiar, lo de la criptomonedas ha afectado a muchas personas que han hecho inversiones en ella y al venir la baja, no han podido recuperarse, pero esto es un ciclo, ahora esta bajo, en algún momento subirá.
