Lucky, lucky you, sis!!! We could use a Ramen House close by.
That broth is amazing. For hours, they boil the pork hock and trotters until the fat and collagen breakdown and the broth becomes milky white, slightly sticky... wow!
No wonder I cannot duplicated the broth at home!
