[ESP/ENG] Contest #136: The princess of the house.

Hello dear ladies, it is my pleasure to be here once again participating in the weekly quiz. Of the 2 questions that @elizabethbit put to contest I decided to answer the second question:
Pets! They are part of the family! Do you pamper them? dress them up; spoil them? If so, how? Share a picture of your pampered pet!
Right now I have two pets: the princess of our house is Frida and the new prince is Coki. Frida is six months old and came home when she was only forty-nine days old. She was a rescued puppy, I think that's why she is usually so noble and affectionate. When she came home, I bathed her because she was full of fleas and had some lesions on her skin. I wrapped her in a towel and she didn't move from there, she felt very comfortable. As she got older, she started to demand with a tender bark to be covered before turning off the light and even at six months old she is still waiting to be covered. About a month ago I made her a scarf for her neck and she loved it.
Another thing Frida loves to do is to take a bath, it is very relaxing for her. Here on Margarita Island it is very hot and she also longs to cool off.

Hola queridas damas, es un placer para mí estar aquí una vez más participando en el concurso semanal. De las 2 preguntas que puso a concursar @elizabethbit decidí responder la segunda pregunta:
¡Mascotas! ¡Son parte de la familia! ¿Los mimas? vestirlos; mimarlos? ¿Si es así, cómo? ¡Comparta una foto de su mascota consentida!
En estos momentos tengo dos mascotas: la princesa de nuestra casa se llama Frida y el nuevo príncipe es Coki. Frida tiene seis meses y llegó a casa con solo cuarenta y nueve días. Fue una perrita rescatada, creo que es por eso que suele ser tan noble y cariñosa. Cuando llegó a casa, la bañé porque estaba llena de pulgas y tenía algunas lesiones en la piel. La envolví en una toalla y no se movía de ahí, se sentía muy cómoda. A medida que fue creciendo, empezó a exigir con un ladrido tierno que la taparan antes de apagar la luz y aún a sus seis meses continúa esperando que la tapen. Hace como más de un mes le hice un pañuelo para su cuello y le gustó mucho.
Otra de las cosas que le encanta a Frida es bañarse, es algo relajante para ella. Acá en la isla Margarita hace mucho calor y ella también anhela refrescarse.

With Coki I have to go slower, since he was recently given to me when he was four and a half months old and he is still adapting to the house. His habits and tastes are not the same as Frida's, Coki doesn't like to be covered and if you put a collar on him he starts to scream and run in circles quickly. That's why I will give her more time for now. The good thing is that he already accepted a cushion to sleep on.

Con Coki tengo que ir más despacio, ya que hace poco me lo regalaron con cuatro meses y medio y todavía se está adaptando a la casa. Sus costumbres y gustos no son los mismos que los de Frida, a Coki no le gusta ser tapado y si le pones un collar empieza a chillar y correr en círculos velozmente. Por eso, de momento le daré más tiempo. Lo bueno es que ya aceptó un cojín para dormir.

Although both dogs are wonderful and give lots of love, a few weeks ago when I had an accident, they were anxious. They knew something was up and wouldn't leave the bedroom door. That night, they wanted to sleep there. That is a demonstration of the great love they give.

Aunque ambos perros son maravillosos y dan mucho amor, hace algunas semanas, cuando tuve un accidente, ellos estaban ansiosos. Sabían que algo pasaba y no se apartaban de la puerta de la habitación. Esa noche, querían dormir ahí. Eso es una demostración del gran amor que ellos dan.
