Dear woman of Hive:
From my humble experience in everyday life and in professional aspects I am going to give my opinion about this week's proposal presented by this beautiful community that supports so much the women of today.
When faced with a crisis scenario, I believe that one must analyse the circumstances in order to decide on the actions to be taken and to get out of the situation as well as possible. Then, draw up precise and achievable objectives; define a plan of action so that progress can be evaluated. It is important to work as a team and to take into account previous experiences in order to avoid making the same mistakes as in the past and to avoid falling back into the crisis.
Achieving success is not easy, it takes time and effort. It depends to a large extent on perseverance and the strategies that we devise to carry out our actions.
It is important to bear in mind that before achieving this "success" we can take small steps within this platform.
Although Hive is not at its best today, its near future looks positive, as there are important investments, new resources and constant improvements, constantly renewing the ecosystem. There are many people working hard to move this project forward and to make Hive a platform that will last.
For those of us who have been here for less time, we have to go step by step, learning every day, so we can take advantage of this season to learn more about how the platform works and try to be systematic in our actions.
I would like to give a few tips to those who, like me, have been here for a short time:
Read.
Reading and understanding each post, project, comment, community is essential to develop a proposal to those who read you. This helps to enrich knowledge and contributes to our personal growth.Socialise.
Be active in the communities in which you publish, comment from your opinion to people, give your vote and ask questions if you have doubts about something specific. Use tools such as Telegram or Discord where you can interact on topics related to your interests and promote your publications.Patience.
Achieving goals takes time, so don't despair. Work and give yourself time to measure your efforts.Perseverance.
Perseverance is key in any process of achievement. It is a very admirable virtue and you should not give up at the first fall. It is not a defeat a post that has not been voted, it is an experience of overcoming.
So much for my humble advice from my perspective in this short season at Hive, so I can only encourage you to keep working.

Querida mujer de Hive:
Desde mi humilde experiencia en temas cotidianos de la vida y en aspectos profesionales voy a dar mi opinión acerca de la propuesta de esta semana que nos presenta esta hermosa comunidad que apoya tanto a la mujer de hoy.
Ante un escenario de crisis creo que se debe analizar las circunstancias para poder decidir las acciones a acometer y lograr salir lo mejor posible de la situación. Luego, trazar objetivos precisos y alcanzables; definir un plan de medidas de forma que se pueda hacer una evaluación de su avance. Es importante el trabajo en equipo y tener en cuenta experiencias anteriores para no volver a cometer los errores del pasado y evitar volver a caer en la crisis.
Alcanzar el éxito no es algo sencillo, lleva tiempo y esfuerzo. Depende en gran medida de la constancia y las estrategias que nos trazamos para ejecutar las acciones.
Es importante tener en cuenta que antes de lograr ese "éxito" podemos dar pequeños pasos dentro de esta plataforma.
Si bien Hive no está en su mejor momento hoy, su futuro cercano se avisora con un desarrollo positivo, pues hay importantes inversiones, nuevos recursos y mejoras constantes renovando el ecosistema constantemente. Hay muchas personas trabajando duro para sacar adelante este proyecto y para hacer de Hive una plataforma que perdure.
Para las personas que llevamos menos tiempo, debemos ir paso a paso, cada día aprendiendo, por lo que podemos aprovechar esta temporada para profundizar sobre cómo funciona la plataforma y tratar de ser sistemáticos en nuestras actuaciones.
Quisiera dar unos consejitos a quienes como yo llevamos poco tiempo acá:

La lectura y entendimiento de cada post, proyecto, comentario, comunidad es fundamental para elaborar una propuesta a quienes te leen. Esto ayuda a enriquecer los conocimientos y aporta a nuestro crecimiento personal.Socializa.
Sé activa en las comunidades en las que públicas, comenta desde tu opinión a las personas, da tu voto y pregunta si tienes duda sobre algo específico. Utiliza herramientas como Telegram o Discord donde puedas interactuar en temas afines a tus intereses y promocionar tus publicaciones.Paciencia.
Lograr objetivos lleva tiempo, por lo que no debes desesperar. Trabaja y date tiempo para medir tus esfuerzos.Perseverancia.
La constancia es clave en todo proceso de realización. Es una virtud muy admirable y no se debe desistir a la primera caída. No es una derrota un post que no ha sido votado, es una experiencia de superación.
Hasta aquí mis humildes consejos desde mi perspectiva en esta corta temporada en Hive, así que solo me resta animarles a seguir trabajando.
