Moneys tight, especially right now. When I was in my apartment where electric was included in the rent, the apartment was set to 20C(68F) all the time.

It varies by region. My parents house in Chicago I pay $0.11/kwh. My apartment in Virginia I pay $0.14/kwh. I know California is a lot worse on electricity pricing.

Yours are 17.5 cent pr kwh xD
