This is a saffron jumping spider (Salticidae sp.) found in a garden near my house. I noticed it was hunting a bug. What a small prey—it would be finished in just a few bites, but it was enough for lunch. A clever little hunter, it didn't flinch when my camera lens pointed at it. It was busy, so it didn't care that there were 'big eyes' watching it.
